Jose worked over the course of several days sanitizing and disinfecting the concrete slab and then, once the odor was gone, he sealed it. The problem was fixed - the odor gone. We are now in a position to install new flooring and we are not concerned that the odor will seep through. Thank you Jose!!! You are the best!!!!
