We tore the carpet and padding out and the concrete slab floor was in really bad shape as far as pet odor. Jose worked over the course of several days sanitizing and disinfecting the concrete slab and then, once the odor was gone, he sealed it. The problem was fixed - the odor gone. We are now in a position to install new flooring and we are not concerned that the odor will seep through. Thank you Jose!!! You are the best!!!!

Not only were they trying to up-sell me but the guy was rude and made unprofessional comments about my dirty carpet. After explaining my situation and what was going on they gave me a later time in the afternoon but that was fine! Even then Josh called me 2 hours earlier and told me that he'll be able to be earlier which was even better. He arrived promptly and went to work quickly. My house looks so good and it was affordable. My husband came home and said, it looks like we got new carpet. What does this guy use? You could have your carpets cleaned by Robbie in the am and throw a dinner party that night. Also, we have two dogs and I agreed with my landlord to have the new carpet stream cleaned every six months in exchange for a pet deposit. I can not only afford this commitment thanks to Robbie, but I highly recommend it in general- pets or not. When you rent you get carpet. Nothing like coming home to a stain free house or apartment. The longer it sits, the more likely it won't come up when you move out. Oh and if you do have pets (or maybe stinky gym clothes laying in the same spot for months,) he can add this great smelling stuff when cleaning.
