I called them multiple times Then emailed them.. Then continued to call.. for hours.. to this second i have heard no response. This ultimately caused me to miss my flight and leave him very stranded. It put me in a very bad position and I have yet to hear anything from this company. This is very upsetting and a big let down as this was a big concept for the town. I normally park at the Best Western in Silverdale. It's a nice spot as should something unexpected occur, you have a place where you can go inside and buy coffee, use the restroom and wait. The hotel staff are delightful. You can purchase your tickets online. I purchase a round-trip ticket that I have sent to my phone and have not had any problems. The drivers have arrived on time and have always been very pleasant. This is a huge change from years past where you had to deal with a rather grouchy man at the airport to buy a return ticket and heaven help you if you got outside without a "boarding pass." Most either don't do the distance or to airport. They are also very reasonable with pricing and not like other companies adding cost here and there throughout the reservation process. They were quick to respond to my online inquiry. Jerry was easy to work with for reservation. On the day, driver Eric arrived 30 min early. He was very good at his job. There was a minor miscommunication with the reservation but Eric was quick to problem solve. The ride was comfortable and did not aggravate the pain that usually comes with riding cars. Eric was a very safe driver, there was no sudden stop or fast turns. We arrived at the airport on time.

I was coming in for my Alaskan cruise and I was referred to this company by my Facebook NCL group. After browsing the website to figure out how to get the process on booking, (which was very easy navigation) I decided to call and speak with someone to just confirm and ask questions since I was coming from out of town . Customer service was stellar. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed at all. I was even informed to save monies to return to the website and book online. Absolutely amazing. Before my flight I had received a follow up call of confirmation which I was very grateful for to just let me know I was not forgotten. My group got the pick up from the airport to our hotel , then pick up from the NCL ship to the airport. Both pick ups were handled with professionalism. From airport to the hotel Michael Z. Sent a text to us informing us his whereabouts and stayed in communication with us until he found us despite all the detour chaos of the airport. This was greatly appreciated. He was friendly, welcoming and socially gifted. :) they switched our driver on the last day pick up from the ship, I'm sorry because I would love to give his name as well but customer service did communicate the change and informed us they were still on schedule which was great as well.
