We were bit worried about being able to have access to updates but the team was able to send via email so we were never out of the loop! This was our first time boarding Margot and we were concerned about how anxious she might get. She was adopted from a hoarding situation and is still getting used to the world. I shouldn't have even bothered to worry because the team went above and beyond to work at her pace and make sure she felt comfortable. We received daily updates of how she was doing and even saw her make new friends. When we picked her up she didn't even seem like she wanted to go--in fact when we took her outside later and home she tried to run back to the car (we think she's ready for another week of puppy camp as we call it). Another thing we love about Rocky's is they are inclusive of dogs with additional needs. It's hard to find places that truly care for your pets like you do, and safe to say we lucked out with this one. Can't wait for the next time!

Since The decoy seminar, I have worked very closely with Tai and Lexi when it comes to obedience and bite work with dogs. Throughout the months, I got to see in person and through their social media pages that they are meant for this profession. They are able to work with all breeds and size of the dog does not matter. I have seen clients walk out the front door with smiles on their faces with their dogs are also really well behaved because of the work that Lexi, Tai, and also their trainer Max does daily. First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.

In Miami I had a trusted caretaker, but here I knew no one. I asked at Woof on Edgewater and one of the numbers they gave me was for Cuddles. There were a couple more, but after making the first call to them and having a long conversation with Phil, I knew they were my kind of people! I didn't have to look any further. They have been running this business for years and their love for animals is palpable. Not only are they amazing with my pets (my somewhat skittish cat had NO problem hanging out while we talked), but they are incredibly professional in how they run their business. I can't even begin to sing their praises, Marejane and Phil are the BEST! Warm, loving to our pets, professional and sweet, you can't ask for more. We left Coco and Uriko under their care for a week and my pets love for them was quite apparent when my cat Uriko ignored me completely to love up on Marejane. As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One afternoon, we literally bumped into Katie on the corner near our house, and had a quick conversation! That led to scheduling a meet and greet at our home. Chip immediately fell in love with Katie and we loved how thorough she was with all her questions and follow-up questions! Hubby and I immediately scheduled a date night! When Katie & Chip had their scheduled walk & play time, we got the best video follow-up, with a text letting us know how the visit went. The pricing turned out to be too steep for what we needed (long trip and two hrs/day) but it would have been a great deal if we had multiple pets as their price is per hour.

It's a pretty easy and streamlined process to board your dog here for the day. Once you pay for parking and enter there are signs labeled "kennel" directing you where to drive. The kennel is located in the far corner of the Jaws parking garage on the first floor. You must bring physical copies of all current vaccination records. They require DHPP, rabies, & bordetella. If you don't have the proper proof then there's nothing they can do. They also take a copy of your ID for proof of ownership upon pickup. It's pretty inexpensive at only $15 for the day. Once you check in they have you bring your dog to their designated kennel and set them up with plenty of water. Like others have stated, this is a hands off kennel so the staff does not ever physically interact with your dog. This means you are in charge of making sure they get walked through out the day. That's the only downside because it is a bit of a walk to get to the park from the kennel. You are allowed to leave your car next to the kennel though which was nice. I think this is a great service that the park offers and awesome for people like me who enjoy traveling with their dog.

When we arrived we went to guest services and they asked standard questions like purpose for dog. We were able to also get a quick line pass due to my sons needs and the dog. It is good to note we went on a Thursday so it was a slow park day. The staff at every ride was amazing and kind in explaining how it worked. Every ride has its own kennel cage. We were able to leave him in the dog stroller on some rides and others we just popped him into the cage. He happily sat and waited for us. Because we had the quick line pass he did not have to wait long. The cages are in small rooms or behind curtains at the front of the line. I would recommend anyone nervous about it to trust me when I say your dog will be safe for the small amount of time they have to wait.
