I just…read moremoved my elderly father out of his house and found that there was a leak from the shower into an adjacent closet. Called a plumber, got it "fixed", and figured it needed to dry out before repairs to the wall and baseboards could be done. Flew home to California and called Scott a week later. He went over, checked it out and gave me a quote. While he was there he noted some water damage in the ceiling and offered to fix that too. This was new, so he took photos for me and investigated to see if it was still wet, but he took it another step- he looked into the attic and identified the issue-the AC. He also pointed out that the shower still leaked if you sprayed water on the valve. I called the AC repairman in and called the plumber back again, who both thought they fixed it. Scott went back and said no way, they didn't fix it. He even met with our insurance adjuster and gave him his proposal to fix the drywall once the repairs were made. Poor guy went back to that house so many times to start work only to find the leaks still going. He wouldn't let the other contractors get away with shoddy work and he sent me photos and explained things clearly to me. When everything was finally fixed a few weeks later he got the insulation, drywall and baseboard replaced, textured, and painted and sent pictures. He even cleaned up and put in a clean air filter for us. This guy is GOLD. I feel so lucky to have had him on my team.i was definitely a tough client but he remained professional throughout and advocated for us to get the best outcome.

Terrible customer service and even worse painters. I called April 8th to have an estimate done for…read morepainting my toddler son's room. The room was light grey and we wanted it painted a dark blue with the ceiling painted white as well. They came out Sunday around 12 and said they could paint the walls and ceiling for $350. He said they would get the paint and return. 3 hours later he had not returned. Finally around 430pm he returned and was finished by 530pm painting the ceiling and walls. He stated it would take the walls "1 month to cure." Throughout the next few days it kept looking worse and worse, very streaky and you could see the light color beneath. I received a text message from the company on Wednesday stating, "how is the room and could you guys give us a 5 star rating review on google." I stated you could see the streaks on the wall and sent a picture. He said no problem he could come out to review and take care of the problem 10 am today. Then he asked me to purchase a quarter size can prior to 10am. I told him I was working and then had to take care of my 2 toddlers that evening so he would have to purchase the paint like before. He came to the house around 1030 am today and I received a text that from him stating the room needed a second coat which he could do for $150. I said no. He needs to properly complete the job is started. He said he would and he would go out to buy paint and would return. He still had not returned by 215pm. I texted his number with no response. I called the number and his wife answered and said, "He's busy." I said I needed the room finished. My son is sleeping on the couch for his nap because we were waiting for him to finish painting the room. I also want it finished soon to avoid having my son sleep in a paint fumed room all night." His wife stated, "Do whatever you want" and she hung up the phone. I still have not heard back. Unbelievably bad.
