Then they started show up much earlier than scheduled- being early is just as frustrating as being late. Or they show up to the wrong property on the wrong day. In calling to figure out why, and surprised as they had always been on time before, I quickly realized they have been bought out by a larger company. So, I cancelled the services. However, months later they continue to show up at my house even though when I call they say we are cancelled. Sad for whoever sold- they had made a good name for themselves. The new owners need to figure out how to communicate internally.
