Cleaning was a fraction of re-shingling the house and the place looks amazing! I had a concern that the shed, which is not in the heat of conditions as it turns 15 this spring, would not hold up to a power washing. Dan said that they had a soft pressure system that they would use on it to ensure it wasn't damaged. I really appreciated how he listened to what we had to say, and then his actions backed up his statements. On top of that his crew also cleaned our coolers on the deck, and the few deck items that had gotten dirty beyond what soap/water would clean. In today's fast paced, get-it-now, tip jar for everything world, true customer service seems as if…read moreit's a thing of the past. However, every now and then you come across a business that truly believes in the motto "the customer comes first". This has been my experience with Briggs Landscaping as they have consistently exceeded my loftiest expectations. Briggs did an extensive overhaul of our front yard. The work involved clearing and grading the yard, hauling, dumping and spreading loam, building a flower bed and laying sod. The quote they provided was the best of three estimates provided. Due to an unbelievably wet and cold April, they got behind in their schedule, however Diane (Office Manager) constantly communicated with me on a weekly basis. She was absolutely fantastic. During the week leading up to the work, she provided me perfect details which allowed proper coordination with my irrigation guy. When the work started, the team was prompt, pleasant and professional; great guys! However, the work hit a major snag when they discovered a major root system under a large, grounded, pine tree stump...they were forced to bring in more heavy equipment and the two day job turned into a much larger project to get rid of the huge roots. They constantly communicated the game plan and in the end, the yard and flower beds looked so beautiful. We got the invoice today and even though they probably spent a dozen or more man hours removing the huge pine roots, they honored their cost listed in their original estimate! I will never use another landscape company other than Briggs! They do all the thoughtful touches that make them great. They carefully removed and saves all perennials for us to use elsewhere, they transplanted an Azalea bush...they even put loam and grass seed around some bare spots in the backyard! The perfect landscape company...scratch that...the perfect company!!! Thank you Briggs...clearly customer service is alive and well with you. You have earned me as a faithful customer for life!

Our 20+ year old pre-finished 3/4 maple planks were looking sad from weekly summer renters and winter water damage. After the windows were replaced it was time to do the floors. Instead of replacing good wood, we opted for refinishing. The crew cleanup pretty well, but Matt opted to hire a cleaning crew that left our home sparkling.
