It was scary but the nurses told me to remember i'm safe and go with it. Of course me having anxiety, I first tried to control it, but then I took their advice and kept surrendering. I really can see where multiple secession can make huge gains in my fight against anxiety. All three nurses were absolutely excellent and took great care of me. I have another treatment on Saturday and would highly recommend Georgia Ketamine Renew Clinics!

So I didn't visit this place directly, but, rather, my child visited the therapist upstairs. My…read morechild is potentially on the spectrum of autism. His therapist incorporates play therapy, and being that he is 5, he sometimes has a propensity to jump or hop down from something (or just sit down with a thud). Well, the lady who works at this place has proceeded to either bang on the ceiling or walk upstairs with this entitled attitude like it is not a shared office. There is no insulation in the ceiling, so of COURSE it is loud. Further, the children these therapists are working with already have a hard time processing and dealing with explosions of emotion, and these types of people make it all that much harder. There are no questions, no politeness, nothing. Just entitlement as if she owns the building. SUPER frustrating and I'm hopeful that she understands what she's doing to these kids with her behavior and attitude.

The experience at the office is completely fine, the reason for the review is their incredibly…read moreunethical billing practices. My wife and I both went in for our annual physicals and we both got bills for what was supposed to be a free preventative services. Mine was $50 and my wife's was over $350! After a dozen calls to their billing department (who is never available and when you finally reach someone they claim to not be authorized to make a decision) they disclosed the reason for the $350 is because the PA asked my wife a question (which she answered) and they considered that not to be "preventative care" and so without any disclosure charged her over $350 for a separate office visit which our insurance refused to cover. Talk about entrapment! If you use them, be very careful to not answer any questions the Doctor ask you as they will use this as an opportunity to hit you with a sneaky bill. It is nice they respond to the reviews in this forum, but please note this is not helpful as the phone number they give is the same one that you can't get ahold of anyone in billing and the email they give, no one responds to except to say they are unauthorized to help.
