I think this place gives a pretty fair deal. The work is good, and they were quick. I am not exactly easy to please. I am old, picky, and I generally do not like people. I have a bad attitude and yell at my neighbors's kids when they get on my lawn. All American doors came out put in a new front door, after a break in, my wife decided the old one could not be fixed. I thought it could, but who am I to argue with the lady of the house. She called a lot of places, and finally we got to All American. They came out we liked them, we liked the doors. They did not look like every other door you can find in a retail store. Around a week later our door was ready, however the weather was bad, and we decided to wait until yesterday to have it installed. All American held the door, in storage for other a month with no charge to us, after I explained that any dampness in the house caused massive Rheumatoid Arthritis for my wife. The lady was so understanding. She offered a prayer for us, and a week later we got a little card checking in, saying that they hoped my wife was feeling better and just to call when we were ready. I can not say what that meant to us at the time. I called them the first Saturday of this month. I could tell the guy was spending time with his kids, but he was patient, and answered all my questions. He scheduled a time, and he was here 5 minutes early unloading our door. The installer was very respectful and Thanked me for my military service, when he saw my pictures on the piano. The door is in, and we are happy. I would recommend this company to everyone. I first used All American Doors in 2013 in connection with a home remodeling project designed to improve the energy efficiency of my house. They worked on every exterior door, including the garage and attic. They installed new thresholds where necessary; new weather stripping along the sides and top of each doors; new weather sweeps along the bottom of each door, and adjusted doors as necessary so as to close and lock properly. The finished product was perfect and the change was dramatic! No more whistling sounds caused by the wind, no more cold air drafts and noticeably improved insulation. I was so impressed that I saved their receipt...just in case. Fast forward to 2015 and severe water damage caused me to have the flooring replaced in the entire first floor of my home (all hardwood, including the kitchen and both baths). After five months of construction and misery, the job was completed but the workmanship was poor. The new flooring created all of the same problems, drafts, whistling noises, poor fitting doors, etc. So I got out my old receipt for All American Doors and gave them a call. They came out a few days later and did it again, only unlike the flooring company, All American Doors did the job right. Floors and doors work in unison, and All American Doors knows how to do it correctly. I rarely write reviews but when a company produces quality workmanship that exceeds my expectations, the least I can do is spend a few minutes to acknowledge their craftsmanship and recommend their services to others. This business is amazing. I had used them 10-12 times over the last few years, and every time is better than the last. The owner is a super nice guy who is always friendly and willing to stop and answer my questions, and will go the extra mile to make sure that my bar is secure. The first time I called was for a break in, he came out in the middle of the night, fixed the door, and installed a metal plate that was prevented breaks in since. He walked around and pointed out a few other things that I never noticed before, but were fixed as well. And hey its a bar... people are not exactly gentle with my front doors, but they installed closures and doors that have stayed for over a year! AMAZING. Before that I had the closure replaced at least 8 times in 6 months. Seriously like twice in one week. The owner is such a nice guy, he noticed my Army pic on the wall and offered me a military discount before I even thought to ask...BEFORE???? Like who does that? I can not even believe the great service I have received from this company. They even stop by every couple of months just to check the closures for me, and make adjustments! I loved the service I got so much, that when I built my house I told my wife to make All American your first call, and guess what? They installed all of the doors on my new home, and my wife is happy.....THATS RIGHT... they even made my old lady... who is happy with NOTHING... Happy. read more

If I had read those other people's reviews, I might not have called All American, and that would have been my loss. The men that came out with the nice, clean, and honest. They told me what was wrong with my hair salon doors, fixed them, cleaned up, and left before I opened for business. Now that is what i call SERVICE. I have no clue why they are only two stars, They should be at least 4. Every one I talked to with the company was proffesonal, and they gave me a time , and stuck to it. I am so glad that I did not pay attention to those bad reviews, and took a chance. I will call this company back, and recommend to my friends.Also the price was less than 3 other companies I called. The people at All American said 7:30am was not an after hours service call for them! 4 other companies did, and wanted an extra fee for it. If Yelp had a negative review rating, it would be for this "company". Deceptive Trade Practices should be the name of the company. All throughout my contact with William Bohmer and his family members, it has been nothing but frustrating and deceptive, full of lies and false promises. Truthfully, the owner William Bohmer needs to be in jail from his thievery, evident in not only my experience, but in other reviewers experiences.
