They can and will give you all sorts of excuses, but at the end of the day, I paid for something that didn't get fixed. Plus now I know anything else that might need further repairs in the future related to my vehicle. The customer service after I paid even came around and shook my hand very respectful very nice I would definitely go to them again.

I brought our SUV into ace to have a VVT solenoid replaced on the intake side of the engine. I had…read morealready replaced the exhaust solenoid. Ace did not replace the correct solenoid simply because it was more difficult to get to which was the whole reason that I couldn't do it myself. They didn't use the replacement gasket that I provided, they changed the wrong part, and they didn't clear the code. Ace automotive is a very unprofessional shop incapable of doing honest business at a fair price. I do not recommend.
