This place sucks. I have AHS and they set me up with this place. They were supposed to call me 24 hours after the claim was made. They didn't call me until four days later. In the interim, I tried calling them every single day several times per day and nobody ever answers their phone plus the voicemail is usually full. That aside, they finally sent a technician out here. His name was Josh and he no called no showed to the three times. He was supposed to be here. He gave me his personal number for "peace of mind "he said that the people in the office are short staffed and I could call him. but he actually blocked my texts lol! The funny thing was I only texted him a couple times. I know these people work hard and I don't want to annoy them, but for God sake put yourself in my shoes. You've got a dryer that hasn't been working for a month+ Long story short don't use this company. I am actually a bit surprised at some of the reviews for All American Appliance. We've been using their services for probably close to 10 years, and have never experienced the issues others have noted. We've had Frank here at least a dozen times over the years, and not once did I detect any sort of 'attitude' or 'unpleasantness'. Same goes for Wayne, who's been here a few times. I am not one to complain. In fact, I am the person who takes the time to write good reviews for companies. This is not the case with All American Appliance. In June 2021, we had ice under the deli drawer of our refrigerator. They sent out Frank who supposedly fixed it. Two months later, the ice was back. They then sent Wayne, who is their resident refrigerator guy. He was much more pleasant than Frank and seemed to know what he was doing. Well, it is back now in February 2022. After spending nearly $750.00 only to have the problem persist, I would certainly look elsewhere for a technician. This is not the worst, though. Before this last icing, we called because our ice maker was not working. This time we got Frank again. After spending less than 10 minutes in my kitchen, he told me that I needed a new ice maker, that I owed him $99.00, and that he would call me with a price for the new ice maker. When he called back, I had a couple of questions for him. He. started to scream at me that he knows what he was doing. I quickly hung up and called the company. The woman on the phone supported him saying he has been a technician for 15 years instead of apologizing for his behavior. When I went back to read reviews, Frank's name has been mentioned before. I really wish I had researched this company more before calling them. My refrigerator still has ice under the drawer and I have no ice maker, but I have the name of another company which I intend to use, and the man seems very nice. read more

We had a refrigerator until a warranty Di all-American appliance was called by the warranty company they came out charged us a $150 to inspect it said it was unrepairable and they would need to send it to the warranty company. I called the next day talk to one of the female ownurse and she pretty much told me she had not sent the report and would do it when she got around to it because they were not gonna make much money off this repair since it was gonna be a replacement. I get a notice from the warranty company a week later that they had not received the update upon call American appli answer I got a bunch of excuses like the wrong serial number previous work done on it. The last excuse was that their technician had wrote down the wrong serial number and that's why it's been sitting on their desk for a wee Now that the warranty company has their update it will take us another week so we will be without a refrigerator for 3 weeks. We had no choice on this company but I would definitely not recommend using them for anything. read more

We called All American Appliance on a Friday and they immediately arranged a visit for the next day. Frank called us ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. He was so knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue with our fridge and fixed it! All in one visit! I was so pleased with their customer service and expertise. I recommend them 100% read more

I would not recommend this business. 1st the technician came out and said we needed a new glider and front bearing.. He came about 3 months ago and said nit was working fine but then it made the same noise in called and they said ohh you need a new blower and wheel.I questioned why I was not informed by technician. So the guys on the phone says ohh he put that in the file and so on AMD so on.. 300+ dollars later it a muffled noise now.. The receptionist is just as rude and unprpfessional. read more

DO NOT USE!!!!! Repairman came out to perform a repair that was both unnecessary and caused $1100 in damages. When I called to POLITELY and calmly speak to merchant he became very rude and blamed me for not providing technical information that I do not even understand about my appliance. poor customer service very rude. I was referred by psi extended warranty. The person said she will callback didn't to a call back scheduled apt with with asking me. When I asked about the person not calling back , person didn't know anything. very rude. They called me I called as, I was on a call. Guy Said din't know how I was and hung up. Manager finally called back and did not want to hear what transpired at my home, only related how I must have misunderstood the technician and what he had to say. When I told him I had not, he told me to go F*@% myself and hung up. Again, stay away from this operation. read more

Poor attitude, rude and discrepancies in pricing. Day 1, "Frankie" came out with an attitude, looked at fridge and then said I owed him $125 with no repair conducted. They said they would bring a part but didn't. When making the appointment, they never said anything about a $125 service fee either so beware of undisclosed fees. I was then quoted a price to fix the fridge and the next day they installed the part. Then they demanded more money then originally quoted, even after speaking to "Jerry" who didn't want to hear it and just hung up on me. I refused to pay more money, so they removed the part and left. I called All American Appliance back on the 13th of January and had an appointment for the 15th... Called the next day to cancel because my problem has resolved itself, then the following day it started again so I called them back up to reschedule an appointment which I waited OVER five days for. My appointment was scheduled for between 1-3 PM on 1/20/21 and at 2:55 I called to find out that the repair man was running late. I offered to wait but was told it would be rescheduled for the following day, between 2-6 PM. I asked Nicole, the scheduler, if the technician was not going to show up the second day to please let me know in advance as I didn't want to sit around all day again. When 4 o'clock arrived I decided to call to make sure he was still going to show, but it seems that the office closes by 4 o'clock and there was no answer... Needless to say it was again a no-show. This company is not dependable and I would not use them for any services. They do not call and confirm or advise customers that they are running late, or need to reschedule. I really didn't want to give any stars, but it's the only way to post. They really need improvement in customer service! I suggest checking the bbb.com site and use someone who has a decent rating.
