So I'm finally going to feed the "other birds" in my neighborhood…read more I've got 8-10 Hummingbird feeders and 2 built in Bird feeders that came with my house, that I've ignored for 10 years (sorry birds). My Brother has inspired me to offer a nice buffet experience for the " other" birds, again sorry birds! So it was with this in mind as I entered Birds Unlimited yesterday. A newbie in the world of Birds, Bird feeders, Bird food and all of the accessories. I was greeted by a very nice and enthusiastic Woman (whose name I can't recall, I'm so sorry) and she was amazingly knowledgeable! I spent a good 30-45 minutes looking around, asking questions and being amazed at her knowledge and sense of humor. I left armed and dangerous with a newfound joy, properly outfitted, knowledge and enthusiasm for my ignored winged neighbors. I can't recommend Birds Unlimited enough. If you are like me, new to Birding or a seasoned pro, I recommend Birds unlimited! Go with Uber confidence that they have what you need in terms of knowledge and or gear and equipment.

Wild Birds Unlimited great in setting us up with a feeder and bird food. Staff were excellent with information about birds in the area and recommendations on the best bird seed. At no time was there an attempt to up sale or push us to higher priced feeders or other products. Based upon Wild Birds Unlimited recommendations we now have many birds coming the feeder and it's great fun watching. Our next purchase will be wind chimes they have several to choose from. Can't wait to see what we buy next.

I put a deposit on a Black Lory in 2023 and they canceled the order and never refunded me. I told…read morethem to contact me when they would receive one but they never told me anything. They also never reached back out to me to inform me of this change and why. They are legally required to refund the money if they cancel the order on their end if they don't provide the goods or services. I tried looking for their old Facebook page but I guess they took it down. I found the old invoice in an email and replied back in the email attached but have not received a email back yet. Considering taking legal action if they don't reply back or I can't find another way to reach out to them.

While waiting for a call…read moreback, I went down the pet store 'rabbit hole' and found myself on Traci's Parrots 4U Yelp page, with a services tab and lo and behold, they do nail trimming for less than half the vets price. I messaged and they got back to me immediately, even though they were not yet open and let me know I could bring in my bird anytime before 4. It was all of 5 minutes- maybe. The cost? Literal pennies compared to the Vet, who I still haven't heard back from... The lady who helped me was amazing. And quick. And kind. I'll be back for sure absolutely and my canary is feeling so much better now!

They did show me their new store cat who is very cute and they said the back area is very large for him. I was sent home injection antibiotics and painkillers, but I cant do them myself. The vet gave me her email if I had any questions They have put me on their schedule everyday that he needs the injections and vets do them for me in 10-20 minutes with no extra charge. 10/10 recommend all of the staff and nurses are so nice and I have had a great experience. They are great at communicating with you on what is going on. I am so grateful to them for making my baby feel better!

When a Tiny Sparrow Needed Help, They Said Yes…read more.. While on vacation in Utah this June, we came across a tiny, helpless baby sparrow in the middle of the road during a hike with our dogs. After consulting experts and waiting to see if the mother would return, it became clear that the bird needed help. We were referred to Wasatch Exotic Pet Care, even though it meant driving another hour. When we arrived, Madi greeted us with genuine compassion and kindness. She never hesitated, never said "no," and immediately brought the baby bird back to the veterinarian on staff. Her passion for helping animals was evident from the moment we walked through the door. The clinic requested only a small donation, but this little bird, whom I named Jeremiah, felt like a divine appointment. We were grateful for the opportunity to support people who dedicate themselves to caring for animals in need. What touched us even more was receiving a beautiful, heartfelt thank-you card from Dr. Harris expressing appreciation for our donation. That simple act of kindness spoke volumes about the team's character and gratitude. May that generosity and the good work they do continue to multiply and bless countless animals and families.
