We recently moved from NDG to St. Lazare. A friend of mine recommended All Access Moving who at the time we had not heard of. We called them after we had already received quotes from some of the bigger firms and have to admit were amazed by how much more reasonable the price was with All Access. We decided to use them for our move and could not have been happier. We've had some less than ideal movers in the past (taking too many breaks, talking too much instead of working, not being careful..) but this was far from the case with All Access. We had three movers who arrived right on time, were very professional and were machines when it came to completing the task at hand while always being very careful and delicate with our belongings. We had a lot of heavy items an there was no damage to any of our walls or moveables. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have been recommending to them to anyone who asks. I recently moved my mom from her house to a seniors apartment on the West Island. Mark's All Access crew were wonderful. I had chosen them based on so many positive online reviews and I was not disappointed. They arrived right on time, and were friendly and efficient. All large pieces were carefully wrapped and everything was loaded quite quickly. At the other end, just as efficient and careful in the unloading. They put up my mom's bed and placed everything where it needed to be. Mark was also very accommodating: a week before the move we needed to ask for a change in time, and he was able to do that. The price was also very good: less expensive than many larger companies, and a shorter minimum hours. We could not have been more pleased. Mark and his crew were very good at what they do. The move went off without a hitch and I was charged properly. Was very happy overall with the service. Considering I tried to use west-mount movers, A highly reputable moving company in montreal and they quoted me 125$ and hour to then change it to 200$ an hour when they came for an estimate. Mark stuck to his price and even came and moved me on a holiday (St.Jean baptiste) for the same price. To top it off, he quoted me a price for 3 movers and showed up with 4 movers for the same price. Had a really great experience with All Access. Their pricing was clear and they were quick to respond to email questions. Our three movers arrived within the time stated and were cheerful and hard working the whole time. They took care with our belongings and wrapped everything in blankets as well as carrying all our appliances up two flights of stairs without a single grumble. Moved from St-Lazare to DDO. I was very impressed with the team of guys who were very courteous and worked extremely hard for us on what was a very warm day. The guys arrived bang on time and worked through at both houses until the job was done. All furniture was wrapped and protected, zero damages.
