We had an escrow with Corine Hatfield. Now I don't begrudge a vacation...we all need them, but…read moreCorine went on vacation for 12 days and her team dropped the ball on this file completely. When she returned she guaranteed we could close on time. Well we are several days past the scheduled close date, and not only are we late in closing, but we have emailed several times to her and her team, and we get no communication back. There has been no apology, nor any accountability. I wouldn't use this office to finance a cardboard box.

We are so grateful for Ray and Patti. At our first…read moreconsultation with Ray, we were impressed by his professional demeanor and personable approach. Before we committed, we met with him to gather more information and found Ray to be exceptionally clear and straightforward when explaining the process to us. We had no hesitation about choosing him for our mortgage lending needs. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of the mortgage lending process and guided us through every step. He worked tirelessly on our behalf to secure the best possible rates and tailored options to fit our needs, all while making sure we understood every detail. Thankfully, Ray was able to help us navigate the entire process with not even one concern. He responded to every text and phone call quickly and never left us feeling lost in the process. In fact, we were so pleased with him that we recommended him to family and close friends who were also looking to buy a house. Another benefit was that he introduced us to the realtor that we loved working with. At the end of our journey, we were able to buy the house of our dreams with a fast close and no money down. I can fully, in good conscience, say that Ray and his team will take great care of you and make home buying a pleasant experience.

Since you charge for your services, it's expected that you dedicate time to your clients--especially if they are first-time buyers who may need more guidance. As for your comment about the process being normal and my stress being unnecessary, I must disagree. The stress was a direct result of your actions. You gave us the green light, stating the loan was ready on Friday, when in fact, it wasn't. You requested additional documents on Monday, which contradicts your earlier assurance. I have all the documents to prove this. Please refrain from twisting the situation; the documents speak louder than words.

We weren't happy with the numbers they had to show us, and if we had had more time, we or only would have taken a class to learn more about what we were doing . Then we were introduced to Mr. Brian Werner. What a difference!!! Our initial meeting with him was all about him breaking down the process, what the closing costs were, where they went, and how they were paid for. He took our income and credit information and how much we had down, and with the access he had to so many different lenders, he was able to get our monthly payment where we wanted it. He worked as a guide through the whole process, we felt so well taken care of, and cannot WAIT to be able to recommend him to someone we know who needs his help.
