Since you charge for your services, it's expected that you dedicate time to your clients--especially if they are first-time buyers who may need more guidance. As for your comment about the process being normal and my stress being unnecessary, I must disagree. The stress was a direct result of your actions. You gave us the green light, stating the loan was ready on Friday, when in fact, it wasn't. You requested additional documents on Monday, which contradicts your earlier assurance. I have all the documents to prove this. Please refrain from twisting the situation; the documents speak louder than words.

It's going to be hard to encapsulate the level of help and guidance that Joseph bestowed upon me…read moreduring my house hunt, but here it goes: You'd be stupid not to use him as a realtor. He was tireless in his customer service to ensure I was not intimidated by the process of buying my first time. He was detailed oriented and ensured deadlines were met on time. He is not afraid to tell it like it is, and that is unmeasurable when house hunting and looking into new neighborhoods. He was patient as mistakes were made by third parties, and offered guidance and support that ultimately saved my bid. You can't go wrong with him in your corner.

He was recommended to me by a dear friend, who also used him to sell her condo in San Francisco. When I first met him, my dog went right up to him and sat in his lap. That was the first indication that he was the right personbecause you know, dogs always know! But more than that, I'm an informed seller and informed on the market and home buying/selling process, as this was not my first property owned. What I needed was an expert, someone to guide me on how to position, market, and sell my property in a tough condo environment. He always listened to me and dealt not only with my 1,000,001 questions, but my back and forth when I asked about the process. He never made me feel uninformed, none of my questions were stupid. We had a great rapport and he was very detailed (which I required) from the photos, or the messaging, to how we find the right buyer. In the end, the person whom I imagined would be a perfect fit to purchase my home actually did! Joseph is very experienced, and I required that ,but he was also very kind and represented my home with as much love and vigor as I had for it. Obvo, I had a great experience with Joseph. I think you will too.
