We explained that we live out of town and woukd be back in 2 weeks with the documents he requested. When I showed up with the documents he had a hard rime finding our file. Why? Because he out us in the stack of "people he never expexted ro see again". That was a little odd but everything seemed to be fine after that. He even upped our original amount $20k. The realtor we were working with did not listen to our wants and needs. He showed us 36 homes over the course of 2 months (1 day a week) these homes were NOT what we wanted and a lot were in places we were comfortable living. So, we switched realtors. Dru was suddenly impossible to reach, would not respond to her at all and ended up "Thankfully bowing out" after we went into escrow on a home we fell in love with. He refused to transfer our original documents to our realtor or our new lender. So we are now having to scramble to get everything re-submitted. This was a petty move and when questioned by our realtor he said we had been difficult to work with. What?! We had done everything he asked. He was just mad because we didnt follow through with his friend. Be careful of this one.
