Aaron walked us through all of the steps and proposed several different lending programs to best fit our needs. I was surprised to learn that we had so many options at our disposal. Aaron also monitored the daily rates for us and gave me a call whenever he saw a decline in the rates! As all smart homebuyers should, I compared rates, PMI premiums, and the programs offered of several different lenders and brokers. Benchmark had very competitive rates (which should be fairly consistent between lenders) and some of the lowest PMI premiums that I have ever seen.
