When we pointed out that the line was clearly visible, they claimed they were still not responsible and would cover just $250 of the $2133, but only if we removed the 1-star Google review we had just left. Most of the planks have bowed or are wavy. Window screens were torn during installation by sub contractor and still have not been replaced.
