However, surprise,surprise after fill installation we were told that's not even an option for unspecified reason. And of course my contract did not specify the length so we were stuck. Then the installation crew damaged the framing to my porch. Instead of fixing it properly they just offered us money to do it ourselves which was not suitable and did a bad patch job when they finally returned. Now to the present, 3 of my shades are broken and I have been calling the office for over 1.5 month and the "service" person has never responded or called. If I could get a full refund and replacement value I would be happy. I do not recommend anyone me use this company

Their answer is to try to fleece me for a $42k repair. I try to be fair. But they're trying to exploit their customers. Their work is third rate and they'll charge you top dollar to correct their mistakes. Honestly, management should be ashamed of themselves. But, they're probably not. Because that would be the nature of the company you'd be dealing with.
