Return was fairly earlay- i returned 2 days early- I'll post an update when I get my final bill. Waited only 5 minuscule for the shuttle BACK to the airport. CONS: The shuttle stop is about 100 yards, plus an elevator ride to the pickup spot. The pickup spot is not easy to find and not ADA compliant. You must check in online to get a shuttle and you still wait at leat 30 minutes. The store is a 15 minute ride from the airport. There are 2 video conference screens to pick up the car. The clerks have thick accents. The process is long and daunting. It takes a minimum of 60 minutes to complete the process amd you still have e to talk to the ONE clerk behind the counter to finish the process. The try to pressure you into buying thier insurance. The rental agreement is a crumpled peice of paper wrapped around the keyfob. You actually have to sign in ink, and you dont get a copy. You are handed the key at the counter, you are not escorted to the lot. There is no walk around inspection. TAKE PICS OF ANY DAMAGES! It was the weirdest experience. If youre feeling adventurous, on a budget and have the extra time and patience- by all means, rent here!

My insurance company gave me the phone number of Leyvas to get the battery in my car jump started…read more My first impression was that it was really difficult to hear and understand the guy on the other line, but he sounded very polite, so I continued the call. He informed me that one of his drivers would be calling me shortly to let me know how long it will take for them to get to me. About 90 seconds later, I got a call from Juan letting me know that he would arrive within 45 minutes. About 25 minutes after that, he was already at the freeway exit by my job. YAY! He took a look at my battery, informed me about factory batteries and that it can take a while to get a new one due to it being under warranty, but in the meantime, my battery was in BAD shape. I had figured this out already, but was happy to get a second opinion from someone who wasn't trying to sell me something. Instead of just jump starting my car and driving away, he let my car charge up for a while while I was looking up nearby places to get a battery. He then gave me information about a chain that may or may not help me replace my battery, but was worth a try (see my review of Checker/O'Reilly's on Scottsdale & Shea). Juan, the tow truck driver, was extremely courteous and professional and I would definitely call on them again.

Despite my initial disappointment and a previous Yelp review expressing my dissatisfaction, I was pleasantly surprised when two individuals called me directly to address the issue. They promptly admitted their mistake, and without delay, offered to facilitate the immediate delivery of the item. Moreover, they acknowledged the errors made and outlined a swift solution to rectify the problem. As promised, my item was delivered today. The driver was very courteous in calling me with an ETA. I understand challenges arise, but want to thank Accurate Cargo for taking swift action on my behalf.

Thought it was the battery not the starter came back with a new battery one that's was the correct size for my Kia Sorrento installed and started right up. Good price, great service and nice guy. Will use Roadside Mike for future auto service. He also found a problem left by a previous service I had.
