Oh this place is heaven sent to me! I'm doing a brochure and looked around prices and found that this is the most affordable one. It beats the price of Online printing website and plus you don't have to wait for the shipping time! I got my stuff in like 3 days (I had a problem with my pdf file, but if you don't I'm sure you'll get it the same day) Barry the owner is very nice and helpful. He responds to your emails right away. Awesome place. After being pissed off by all the Kinkos around here I finally found a place to print my tutoring materials. Super nice competent people and awesome prices. They are chill about any size print job and don't charge you to freaking use the computer like Kinkos to just print from a link. I contacted all of the print shops in the local area to get a quote for a small print job for my uncle's memorial service. We had a specific thing in mind and we wanted to find a good price and great quality. 'All About Printing' was the first to get back to me, the only company to sympathize with me for my loss, and even had the best price once all the quotes finally came in. I was in constant communication with the designer, Marilyn, throughout the process--which was a good thing, because we encountered a number of SNAFU's. When the day came to finally inspect the final product and pick-up the prints I was overjoyed with the result. It was everything I had wanted and a great relief to see an idea fully realized through the skill, dedication, and talent of the staff at 'All About Printing.' The memorial cards were a great success with the many friends, family members, and loved ones at my uncle's service. This shop is located in a small plaza and it's a huge office inside. The staff members will make sure your printing experience goes well. I had gotten some two-sided business cards from someone else, and I just wanted them copied for a reasonable price. Barry Shapiro, the owner, had them scanned, and reproduced for a sterling rate, and the quality is great. I got 1000 cards for a fraction of the price the other printer charged me for 500. Barry gives a discount for the Chatsworth/BID Gold Card, so if you are a member of the Chatstoworth/Porter Ranch Chamber, or a member of the Chatsworth BID be sure to tell him. I went in really late one day hoping to get a paper printed for school, which was due the next day, and they were happy to help me. I got there very close to the time they closed but I got my paper printed and they even but a cover and a backing on it! It looked great and I couldn't have been happier with the price! I emailed a scanned copy of a business card I spoke with Marilyn who explained she had to recreate the file scan because they no longer have our original file because Carlos no longer works there. Trusting that I would receive great quality I placed an order and received poor quality business cards. Marilyn gave me 3 different excuses 1. the reason it looks like that is because I rushed the order 2. Because I ordered a small quantity 3. Because You had to recreate the file from my scan . THAT IS ABSURD FOR POOR QUALITY OF WORK! .and its my fault?? If all the above would have been explained to me prior to placing my order I would have never asked you to print the cards I asked for a refund and Dawn explained they can not refund due to the art and time spent on my card." didn't you just say " MY ORDER WAS RUSHED" !!! obviously there was no time and care spent on my cards . These guys are good! Such competent employees that go out of their way to help you -and they cost less - much less - than any of the the competition! I had to have six copies of an almost 1200 page document printed, and called around to get pricing. Office Depot, Staples and FedEx (even with their coupons), as well as the smaller independent ones were all more expensive. Even the copy & print center at CSUN cost more. This place is head and shoulders over them all in service and costs much less to boot! My document was on a pdf file that they had no problem opening and printing it. yeah, it took a day, but 1200 pages x 6 copies? It also had to be two-hole punched at the top, which their machine could do as it printed, but it does it too close to the top of the page so they drilled them for $inexpensive. Check out their website, so you can ask for the additional "Mention OUR WEBSITE" discount - which I almost felt guilty for taking as their price was so good and they were such a help. read more

I went to this establishment after reading some nice reviews. I drove far out of my home area to get some thank you cards printed. I went in on Thursday June 5th and even though there were two clerks up front, and two printers in the back, nobody could give me a quote to duplicate a simple sample card that I brought with me. They showed me different papers, options, fonts, and took my name and email. Today is June 10th, and I have still not heard back from anyone. I did find an outstanding printer in my own area, and my cards are being printed as we speak. I guess All About Printing did not want my business. Bad business. read more

Carlos of All About Printing designed and formatted a memoir book of 100+ pages for me, which I have been writing for two years. I am inscribing one book for each of my 3 adult children, 11 grandchildren, 2 sisters, 6 cousins, husband, 8 best friends, my Granada Hills Life Writing Class instructor, several of the Life Writing Class members,and some of my St. Croix Writer's Group in Wisconsin. I will keep the remainder of the 50 book run for posterity. I am grateful that I found Carlos as his talent and dedication to excellence has brought about a very special book for this retired secondary school English teacher to share with family and friends. He is an outstanding graphic artist, proofreader, and format designer with a bent for perfection. I found him to be a truly fine human being as well. His sister, Monica, is a delight too. I will definitely return to All About Printing for all of my future printing/publishing as it is more reasonable and personal than online printing/publishing. read more
