We hired this company to paint the entire interior of our home, a large and expensive project that…read morewe entrusted to professionals. Within weeks, their work began failing in multiple areas -- most notably in the bathrooms -- and it has only continued to deteriorate. As shown in the photos, the paint is actively peeling, cracking, and separating from the surface along ceilings, corners, and flat wall planes. This is not normal wear, and it is not minor touch-up territory. Entire sections of paint are lifting and flaking off. When we first raised concerns about the secondary bathroom shortly after moving in, their representative dismissed the issue as a "ventilation problem," despite the fact that there were no issues before the repaint and this occurred during summer months. They doubled down on this explanation by claiming the master bathroom would not have the same problem due to its size. That explanation quickly collapsed when the master bathroom -- which is very large and has vaulted ceilings -- developed the same cracking and peeling within a month. This clearly points to incorrect paint selection and/or improper surface preparation, particularly a failure to use bathroom-appropriate, moisture-resistant products. At no point were we advised on paint suitability for bathrooms -- something any competent professional painter should proactively address. We used "premium" paint, yet premium paint applied incorrectly or in the wrong environment still fails, which is exactly what happened here. Equally concerning is the lack of accountability. Despite the amount we had just spent, and despite our willingness to pay to resolve the issue correctly, the company made no meaningful effort to fix their work. Beyond the bathrooms, there are additional quality issues throughout the home: visible cracking along ceiling seams, paint splitting along non-corner joints, and unfinished details. Notably, the kitchen baseboards were never painted, with the explanation that they were "part of the cabinets," which is plainly inaccurate and visible in person. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The workmanship does not meet professional standards, and the refusal to stand behind the work is even more troubling. Based on both the quality of the results and the response when problems arose, I would not recommend this company to anyone investing serious money into their home.

The crew chief Armando also gave honest recommendations for what to paint/not paint and came to demonstrate all of the possible colors before the project started. They even talked us out of work that we could have done but were not recommended when they could have just done it and charged us. Payment was easy - credit card or debit card option possible. From the…read morebeginning of the project, the initial power washer did not clean 90% of the house exterior once he saw me leave to run an errand. This was discussed with the project coordinator (son of owner) and owner. We were also concerned about the painting crew that was assigned to the project (a painter, his wife and son) considering the size of our home. Several times during the exterior trim painting, the paint kept forming bubbles on the wood trim. We were told it was because the prior paint was prepped with putty vs. caulk. However, I questioned that explanation since the original paint had NO bubbles when they painted over it. On 11/29/2022 after finally sanding the trim and repainting it, the bubbles did not immediately appear. So, the owner then stated if the bubbles returned, they would have to replace the wood trim in those areas and then repaint. So, we paid in full the $9,300+ for the exterior paint project even though we did not receive the complimentary garage and sidewalk pressure washing. However, by 12/16/2022, the bubbles returned. I texted the owner (on the same phone number he texted me to confirm my payment was received) about the bubbles returning and attached pictures. He responded an hour later saying "unfortunately we will be closed for the holidays. I will contact you around the beginning of next year to clean up those bubbles." On 1/14/2023 and 1/17/2023, I texted him back at the same number with the same text message from 12/16/2022, with no response. On 1/23/2023, I called the business telephone number (404) 862-0760 and left a voice message about the bubbles returning and my three (3) text messages sent with no response. As of today, I still have not heard back from the company or its owner. The last day on the project, the owner stated that any corrections needed to the paint project would be covered by the warranty.
