I went in for an ambre and all it was, was a blond streak down the back that wasn't even blended in. I have had an amber before and even showed her a picture of what I wanted. I then told her I didn't like what she had done, so instead of asking me what color I wanted, she dyed it black. While she was rinsing my hair, she roughly scrubbed my temples with her fingernails. When she was drying it, she was very rough with the brush hitting my head. She never let me see the back of it and come to find out I still had blond in my hair where she started putting in the blond. After I left the salon, I realized that I had black dye on both of my ears, neck, and forehead. While cutting my hair, she used thinning sheers on it. I have very fine hair and the sheers should never have been used. She put layers in my hair in which I never wanted. My hair was 12 to 13 inches long. I went the following day to get my hair fixed someplace else and now my hair is above shoulder length. Due to her putting layers in my hair, the only way it could be fixed is by cutting it off for it to look okay. A few days later, my sister-in-law was getting her hair done and there was a young lady whose friend had her hair done by Rikki as well and had go to back to Rikki to get it fixed. Rikki should not have been the one to fix her hair as she is the one who messed up, not to mention the confrontation of not liking her hair. She wanted an ambre as well which was all wrong as well. I just hope the young ladies hair turned out okay. Rikki is the one who did my hair and was having to fix the other young lady. I spoke with Kim (the owner) and all she could say was sorry. Sorry doesn't help the fact that her employee (daughter) ruined my hair and others hair. read more
