My roots are semi curly, but the hair shaft is straight. When I called back after 5 days, she said "well I used the proper perm for your hair." Also, that beforehand she mentioned my ends. She gave no apology! She said I could come back in and get a conditioner. Well, the ends aren't the entire hair shaft, and if she felt my hair would not take the perm or would be damaged from it, she should have said precisely those words. She could have even refused to do the perm if that were the case, I would have preferred that to my hair being ruined. In addition, some ends are crimped as if she did not roll them properly. I am devastated, I have had stylist approach me and tell me they can fix my hair...very embarrassing.

I only got dye put on my roots, and toner on the rest of my hair which is not what I paid for or was scheduled for. After I left I noticed my hair was completely lopsided and she got dye on my shirt. No big deal though, I was understanding said it was ok and I went back. She fixed it but not enough, I told her while sitting in the chair it was still off and she told it wasn't so I went on my way. After I got back home again I went to put my hair up and realized my hair was SOO splotchy and my roots were still showing everywhere. It is awful. I called and sent her pictures of what it looks like and she told me I could go back which would require me to pay for another baby sitter for my son and honestly at that point I didn't want her touching my hair again. I asked for a reimbursement, for only the service that was done and that she could keep the $20 dollars I tipped her. Instead of being understanding and working with me she said my hair turned out this way because I washed it or it was my hormones that caused it!! I hardly even touched my hair. It was only a couple hours after my appt that this all happened. She ended up "partially" reimbursing me $50 which was supposedly for my t shirt too that she got dye on. So I'm out around 100 dollars for a service I absolutely hate and will have to go get fixed elsewhere. HORRIBLE. Also, just to add, I bought $100 Worth of product from her, after working in the beauty industry I know that's huge and even after that she couldn't reimburse me for everything she put me through.
