She keeps up on grooming trends and works to improve her skills. I read online that she does some amazing de-shedding treatments, now. You really couldn't ask for a better groomer. I wish I could find someone half as good now that I've moved away from the 'burg!

First thing I did call for a last minute appointment I understand that. Second thing, the groomer…read moreclaimed that my dog was so full of mats that all he could do was shave off all of his hair. I didn't know any better for one but two if he didn't shave off the dog's hair he was going to charge me $65 for a wash and dry. But as far as the dog goes...he is shaved to the skin. There is absolutely no way that he was that bad. He gets a bath every week and brushed regularly. My dog now looks like a rat and is absolutely miserable scratching everything. He has razor burn all over his undercarriage and backside and not to mention, when he was shaved it's not even at all. It's wavy and has long and short spots all over the place. And on top of that he doesn't even smell like he has been bathed. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

I had misunderstood the fee structure and when I went to pick them up I was surprised at the bill. However, after learning that I had misunderstood the price for the large pen, the manager Brestyn was gracious enough to extend the lower price that I was expecting it to be. This is the type of customer service that endears people to a business. In addition, the two ladies that I met were friendly and seemed sincerely kind and enthusiastic about their jobs. I have found a new kennel at which I can board my dogs knowing that they will be treated with kindness and a true interest in their best care. Thank you!

I was told to 'hold on', as the girl who answered the phone had to ask if the groomer could still 'fit her in'!?!?! To her appt? The allotted time she already had?? The phone girl returned SEVERAL minutes later as I was already in their parking lot and said the groomer can not 'fit her in', they have a 15 minute late policy!!!!!! WHAT?? So calling and requesting the additional 5 minutes was a deal breaker?? How about shorten the service?? Or just a SANITARY CLEAN UP!! That would have made more sense, and I would have been 100% OK with that!! I was even, for the groomers trouble, going to tip DOUBLE what I usually do!! I guess the groomers don't need the money or clients, or just prefer to be on break!! Yes, I WAS LATE, but that is life sometimes! All I can say is, I'm going back to the original groomer I started with, a 15 minute drive vs 5 min from my house, but absolutely WORTH it!!!

I watched them grooming other dogs, and the pups were calm and clearly not stressed at all. When I picked mine up, I was so excited to see them with their brand new haircuts, they looked amazing and were so happy. Communication was very clear and easy. I was able to text my dogs' records to them, received a reminder the day before, and was notified right when it was time to pick them up.
