I said wait a minute, how long will this be. He quoted 2 and a half hours. I have a small dog. I said it wasnt going to work. I had planned an hour or so, and had to go to work. (Last groomer took 45 mins.) Then all of a sudden, he could do it in an hour. Against my better judgement, I left my dog. We went back a half hour early. I could hear him scolding my dog, but not loudly. We picked him up and he was trimmed, but he wasn't himself. He was lethargic (almost seemed like he was on something), and fell asleep in the car. That never happens. He won't look at me (like he is mad) and when I went over him at home, I discovered his ear was cut, about a half inch on the side. Now, I understand accidents happen, and groomers work on moving targets with sharp shears. But the owner never said a word about it! At least tell me. I would understand. The floor was filthy, pee stains in the carpet. I don't know...but we are not going back.

He told me he would give me a receipt. He Never Did!!! At the 2nd arranged session, he called me and rescheduled it because of some conflict. I agreed. When he did arrive, his wife was with him, no problem with me but she Supposedly fell in love with the pup and wanted her, so on the 3rd scheduled session, which he rearranged for some reason. When he arrived 2 days later he told me that She really wanted that pup which was 4-5 months old at that time, Because it was so difficult for me to handle her because of my disabilities and age, and that I needed a smaller more docile dog, I agreed she could have the dog. I freely gave them the puppy. He told me that he would refund me the $500.00 AND train the next dog I chose for free. He has made NO EFFORT to refund the CASH MONEY I paid him at the 1st session! I believed in him then. Since he has made NO EFFORT to refund the $500, will not answer the calls or texts, in my opinion he is as stated at the beginning, A lying cheat, a thief and a fake fraud!!!!!!! We have a 1 year old mixed breed dog as well and she has made great strides in her confidence. When she started grooming my parents' dog, she asked lots of questions to make sure he turned out exactly the way they wanted. Kendra is very committed to her profession. I wish I could find someone half as good now that I've moved away from the 'burg!

I arrived 5 minutes before my dog's scheduled appointment. I left my 18.5 year old dog relaxing in my air conditioned car to find out if they were on schedule. They said yes. I brought my 18.5 year old dog into their not very well air conditioned, slippery floor lobby. Waited 10 min past my appointment time as I watched my dog getting more stressed and having more difficulty managing their lobby floor. I then asked "I thought we were on schedule, how much longer am I to wait?" The receptionist said yes you are on schedule but we are behind on appointments. I ask "well how long do we have to wait?" The receptionist left the lobby for a couple minutes to find out then came back to apologize, saying they just had a euthanasia, and some other stuff and are behind AND they could NOT tell me how long I was to wait. I get it that stuff comes up and schedules get pushed back HOWEVER, they should know-ish how long my 18.5 year old dog would need to wait before and after the receptionist went in back to consult with whomever. They should be pro-active on rescheduling or setting wait time expectations. It seems they think it is ok to let 18.5 year old patients wait indefinitely, getting stressed in their waiting room. Very disappointing on the total lack of proactiveness and concern that was shown to me and my dog.
