I drove 50 miles from my house to FOSCOE (about 8 miles past "Boone" proper) with my broken Levelors, only to be told by an AB&C sales person that THEY ONLY REPAIR HUNTER DOUGLAS. Really? Then why does your website say just opposite? Maybe since I was already at the store anyway, I was supposed to turn in my "unrepairable" Levolors and buy some new Hunter Douglas from them. Instead of scheduling someone that would be able to explain our questions. However, he was very nice and from what I can tell his measurements were on point. They allowed us to keep their information over the weekend to see the products, that was great. However; we were sent a quote that either they are high or delusional. Apparently when you order from this company you are paying all of their operating costs. Blinds that will cost you $300-350 or less on Amazon for the same materials, this company wants $1500-1750 plus tax. I believe their prices are based on the home, and toys you have in or around your home. They quoted nearly 10k for 11 windows. I can literally purchase all new windows for that cost. I was asked multiple questions by the owner, to confirm my status "class" of money. Not only does that makes you feel uncomfortable, but they then offered us junk they had for paper window shades. I don't want your trash, I just don't want to be ripped off, because you had a bad month selling blinds. As we left we were told that they would adjust the quote and have it to us in about 30 min. 3 hours later, still no quote.

He is extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose the best carpet product to stand up to a 100-year-old home transformation. Mark gave us an initial estimate that was not only affordable but included a much better product than any other local competitor. Mark followed up at our home for measurements and we were able to get an install date around two terribly busy schedules. In fact, they even called and offered to work around an install date convenient to our schedules within at least a one-week schedule. Mark's install crew did a full demo of our current flooring, and haul away. Even though our old flooring had been installed poorly and required a tremendous amount of extra labor, Mark stuck to his word and it was all included in our price. I called Keith the morning after, and he not only honored the now months old quote, he got everything ordered and the new roof on the house before Thanksgiving. His crew was very thorough in preparing for the new shingles, and 14 full 4x8 sheets of new decking later the new roof was on and water tight. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It made a huge visual improvement to the house and it's a huge relief knowing that our house won't be rotting away from the inside any time soon. In addition to the great work, Keith was very gracious in dealing with my nonstop questions. I'm an engineer and a heaping dose of both curiosity and perfectionism come with that occupation. Keith took the time to answer my questions and took them in stride, and was overall very communicative and open about the whole process.
