We booked for 3hours with 2 stops, with scenic views all over the city (love park, art museum, old city, south street, stadiums). Norm was our gracious driver and safely got us all over the city, was so funny and nice, and helped everyone on/off at every stop. He even pulled over near the stadiums and gave us an INCREDIBLE solo performance, it was such a vibe. Nick was our MC for the night and did literally everything to make the night a success. Our group had stops planned and we were a little indecisive about timing but he was so gracious and assured us that it was our time and they would do whatever we wanted to do! He was great with the kids, had every karaoke song we wanted (including the deep cuts), and made sure everyone was having a great time (Which we were). We made 2 stops (Cira green and cherry st pier) for views and pictures (And as bathroom stops), and one impromptu quick stop at the rocky steps for pics (we had not planned that, but they said it was no problem to park for a bit for pictures!). As our night was wrapping up they actually allowed us to extend the ride for an hour for a small fee which we GLADLY accepted bc everyone was having a blast, and we were so grateful. I only found out months after my wedding that this occurred as David Thomas did not notify me of the issue. After months of going back and forth with their CFO, they were not accommodating with a refund. If you are planning to use David Thomas for your wedding, my advice would be to go with another company. They are disorganized and do not handle issues appropriately.

During the 3-day trip, Ahmed was personable and fit in with the group members and interacted with them when he wasn't driving. But most importantly, he was a very safe driver that I could relax with from the front seat. There are not enough good things we can say about this driver and this company. Our agency has been taking motor coach tours throughout the country with a variety of motor coach companies since the late 1970s. I cannot speak of the tours prior to 1992, but, in the last 30 years, I do not believe we had a better bus driver than, Dee or a better motor coach. Dee showed superb driving skills with the ability to get to destinations in a timely manner without sacrificing safety and security. While driving Dee was able to provide a safe and comfortable experience for our travelers. She helped the passengers in all aspects of the trip, even when our chaperones were ill and were unable to go along on some spots on this trip. Dee went above and beyond when the hotel our group was staying at let us down. Dee was polite, courteous, and showed a professional manner with all passengers at all times. She was also outgoing and had a personality that kept our tour lively and fun. In past trips we have had very good drivers and drivers that were very personable, but, Dee provided the best combination of outstanding driving and great customer relations. When we called, the dispatcher realized that they had mistakenly booked the bus for the next day (An honest mistake based on the comments they put in the invoice however we had agreed on the 13th and had multiple emails stating that). The dispatcher was very helpful in the matter and was able to get us two 30 person buses to our location 2 hours after our scheduled departure so that the day was not completely ruined and we appreciated that. That alone would not have garnered a negative review from me, I get it, mistakes happen; but how you respond to those mistakes is what matters. So when I called during the week to hopefully get some form of reim or at the very least an official apology for the mistake, I was ignored! Five texts left on 'read', multiple calls not returned, multiple emails not replied to. Not once did I yell at anyone or give anyone a hard time, I simply stated that we did not receive the service that we paid for and I was hoping for some sort of refund or compensation for the trouble. Complete radio silence from the company. I don't understand what I did to earn such a disrespectful unprofessional (non) response. Be cautious to anyone considering this company, they use Zelle for their transactions and so when they make a mistake you have no way to get your money back and they refuse to take accountability for their mistakes.

She told me to call a week before to pay and reconfirm everything. I called, she wasn't there Friday or Monday, which I totally understand life happens. I spoke with another women and CONFIRMED times for guest to be picked up and dropped off. At 5:40, my mother asked me for the bus company information, trying not to get me worried. The bus was supposed to show up at 5 and leave at 5:20. We called, the bus wouldn't be there until 6. My wedding STARTED at 6 pm and the hotel was at least 20 minutes away. Timing was crucial because my wedding was outside and the sun was setting. Thank god, for the amazing hotel staff (Sheraton four points) who took their personal cars and shuttle to get my guest there a few minutes late. If it wasn't for them, my wedding guest would have not been able to witness my marriage! Yes, you showed up at night to bring guest back to the hotel. I would not use this bus company. I would not recommend them. If you do choose to use them, tell them to be there an hour before your depart time!!
