Go pick up a creatively delish and potent liquid prescription to cool you down! The saying "Don't judge a book by its cover," comes to mind as I made my way there. I must admit that I was unsure of the sketchy location on my first visit. (If you're really that worried, just bring a friend and you'll be fine). When you arrive, you'll drive around the back in order to get to the drive-thru window located on the left side of the building, check out the menu, and then ring the bell when you're ready. This place is strictly drive-thru only and it takes a bit of time to prepare the daiquiris, which are well worth the wait! As a first timer, I appreciated the friendly service from them. If you're on a time crunch, you can call ahead to order your daqs so they'll be ready for pickup. Also, if you're watching your sugar intake, this drink is not for you- it's loaded with sugar and candy toppings. Be prepared for the sugar rush and brain freeze! Your drink comes inside a plastic jar, which conveniently sits inside a giant styrofoam cup with a sealed lid, making it very travel friendly for the car ride. I got to try the mango colada and it did indeed taste like a pina colada with a subtle mango flavor. Each daq comes with different kinds of candy toppings for you to enjoy. They have a sizable menu of drink options available, including a virgin option, but if you're going to make your way here- definitely get a daq with an extra shot if you want to be adventurous! They have Jell-O shots, syringe shots, and boozy popsicles but I'd call to make sure they're in stock before making the drive out there. There's 20 different flavors to cater to everyone's tastes to start/end your evening with a bang and a boom! Alky Therapy Daiquiris are a big hit in the SBC so stop by when you're in need of an unique and creative alcoholic refreshment. They even have a special flavor featured every month. Bought into the hype and enjoyed the Bomb Pop. It's 18oz so you may need two! Flavor was spot on. Get the extra shot if you don't want it tasting too fruity. My only complaint was the candy tasted stale but it could have been due to the cold beverage temp. read more

There are not many good restaurants near the airport, but this is a great drive-through for dessert drinks with flavor and style. Check out the frozen flavor of the month. The nutty monkey was a sweet treat with a fudgesicle, banana gummy bears, and a frozen chocolate drink with banana liquor. A great value for $12! read more

Would have liked to have known to order ahead of time for the most efficient service possible although the drink was definitely unique and very tasty, I would recommend adding an extra shot to whatever you get just to actually be satisfied as far as alcohol content; but with an extra shot, 100% worth the price for the uniqueness & the fact it's made by hand customized for each order. read more

The staff was super nice. My husband ordered the piña colada and I order the crownberry apple! My husband ordered an extra shot as well. Y'all.. these daiquiris are STRONG. I didn't particularly like mine but it's okay because you just have to experiment and figure out what you like best. I specifically do not like whiskey but wanted to try it anyways. If you're a whiskey person then the crownberry is for you! On Yelp, it shows the menu with all virgin non alcoholic drinks which is incorrect. They only make the Bob marley, watermelon, and the dirty monkey virgin. They won't do ANY others as virgin. Just warning because I went up there not really wanting to get blasted, but I do understand it is a daiquiri stand and virgin isn't really exactly their thing lol. All in all, we paid $30 for 2 18 oz daiquiris, which is a little expensive (mine 14 and my husband 12.50 with the extra shot being 2.50), but it was fun! They added candies and fun stuff on top and the "prescription bottle" theme was awesome! May try something new next time though! read more
