I explored internal auto detailing businesses in Hampton Roads, Virginia and was referred to this…read morebusiness by another business that was booked. I appreciate the fact he had a next day availability, flexible time, along with an affordable price. I expressed that I would pay $50 more (and I did) to ensure my vehicle is detailed properly. On the day of service, he saw my car and I again shared my expectations. His initial feedback was that my car is an easy job to detail ( but yet, after he completed the work they were many areas that were not effectively addressed. When I showed him areas that I was not satisfied with, that's when the correct tools and cleaning solution was applied.) Overall, I received a decent quality internal detail. The lingering pet odor in my car is no longer present. In my opinion I would preferred there was initially a higher degree of ownership or pride in ensuring my seats were properly shampooed, steamed, and cleaned. It would have been nice to receive a complimentary external wash considering the extra $50 I paid. Total I paid: $200. I will be following up with Shawn to address an area that needs to be effectively addressed. (I'll update my post and ratings once completed.)

Please take every review into consideration of your business!…read more I was going to put 5 stars, but I put 2. Pros and cons. Pros: -He was early and got it done within 2 hours from the booked time we agreed on. -Scent was nice! -Very kind individual. Very respectful. Cons: -Love that you were early (which is why I tipped) but I think you rushed a bit. There is still a light vomit scent as well as small amounts that were not cleaned up and missed. -Scent is great, but please let people know what scents you're using. I like it, but because I use this vehicle to transport multiple people, someone might be allergic depending on what you're using. I also didn't get the option to choose what scent I wanted, but I also didn't ask either. -at the end, you had a bit of trouble with a proper payment system. Cashapp and apple pay are the way to go, but you didn't have either one available for yourself. Paypal, zelle or even getting a square tap device would help you better. Happens often, but if I didn't have multiple ways of payment it would have delayed your time to get to your next customer trying to figure things out. Always be prepared! (First few pictures are before detail at night, last few pictures in daylight were what was missed) Thank you for your help though!

I am truly grateful to the hard workers at this shop…read more My truck was left with friends during my husbands deployment. They used it for the first 3 months (rainy season) and then left it sitting for the next 4 months. While it sat, wet from the rain they'd brought in, it got covered in mold. Every single square inch was COVERED in black mold, down to the metal. I honestly thought the truck was completely ruined. This shop was amazing from beginning to finish. They picked up the truck for me because it was unsafe for my son and I to be in it, they were genuinely concerned about if I would have enough food to last until they were able to finish it. They did everything they could to work with my budget, and kept me updated every step along they way. They were so nice, and made an incredibly stressful situation not completely miserable. When their work was done, they brought it back to me and it was SPOTLESS. It honestly looked like new, I've never seen it look that good. They didn't just clean the upholstery, they legitimately did a full mold remediation for me. I can't thank them enough. It really meant so much to me to have people care so much about my situation and my family's safety. They're wonderful, and can't recommend them enough.

I so dread sometimes driving through a car wash or even hand washing my car, but I know it must be done. I took advantage of the beautiful weather this past weekend and reached out to a mobile detailing business to see if any appointments were available. I reached out to this company about midday Saturday with hopes of a appointment in less than 24 hours. Well it was my lucky day! I was able to get a Sunday morning appointment. I provided my vehicle type, and the address of where my car would be located... The Owner and Operator, Neal was actually available a few hours ahead of my set appointment time... worked out perfectly! He arrived... I told him I wanted the Neal Special and he went to work... I think it took him about 90 minutes or less to fully detail my ride. This is so convenient and so worth every dollar spent. He even gained more business from people in the neighborhood. His work definitely speaks for itself! I highly recommend you give this company a call and let him get your ride shining ever so brightly. The customer service is A++. Have fun and enjoy life :)
