The order was NOT delivered on time, and no one contacted me to explain the delay. On top of that, an essential item (milk) was replaced with a much more expensive product without proper notice, increasing my total cost. Even worse, I noticed additional unexplained charges on my card. Trying to contact the store was a nightmare--I called multiple times and no one answered. When I finally reached someone, I was told they were short-staffed and couldn't prepare orders on time. That is NOT an acceptable excuse. If you cannot handle the demand, then do not offer delivery services with promised time windows. This is unreliable, unprofessional, and very frustrating--especially for customers who depend on delivery due to health issues. I do NOT recommend using Walmart delivery from this location. Be prepared for delays, poor communication, and unexpected charges.

Fuimos a local de Carolina…read more Primero fui a donde pensaba que está por Escorial, pero estaba cerrado, la razón se mudaron a un local más grande, cómodo, más estacionamiento y hasta cafetería tienen apara clientes y empleados. Paseamos la tienda y pusimos la orden de la mercancía. No paramos en la cafetería por que ya habíamos almorzado pero todo se veía muy bien y todo limpio y ordenado.
