It's not unusual for a store not to have a restroom for their customers, however, to have a big door marked "baño", not "baño private or employee only or out of service. Now after seeing this I felt like told me no only after seeing me. I checked the door, it was unlocked, so I went in and used it. He seen me come out and he said "The bathroom is not meant for the public", i said "then it should not be out in the public and open" He denied my sale ($2.45), really, at this point I didn't want to be a Karen, so I left the store. I'm on a $5,000.00+ vacation and was denied the use of the restroom and a $2.45 purchase from a minimum wage earners.

Good thing the store and food court have air conditioning. It got better as the day went on. I went on Saturday with my husband and son. We found some great deals at Van Huesen. They are having a liquidation sale, island wide. My husband found a few nice work shirts. Christmas sales haven't begun yet, so we'll be back soon. Afterwards, we walked over to Chili's for a late lunch. All in all, it was a nice family day. The mall has a playground for the kids.

Love how this store values locals so much. As a tourist, this was a great spot to shop and learn about local artisans as well as grab some really cute gifts and souvenirs. Queda en el casco urbano de Bayamón y tanto puedes llegar a pie como en transportación pública. Amplio estacionamiento. Tienen un montón de años establecido y a mi entender ninguna tienda es una ancla sino que es un centro con una combinación de tiendas y servicios. El Huracán María 2017 lo destruyó en gran parte pero resurgió como el Águila y ahora es otra cosa con todo nuevo por dentro. Caminar por sus pasillos es una sensación distinto a la monotonía de otros centro comerciales.

This Costco is pretty much like every other Costco I've been to in PR and the US. Pain in the ass…read moretraffic in the parking lot, but once inside, it is great. I find it easy to lose myself just browsing around. I like their wine selection. The food court here is indoors. I like they have the option to self-order if your paying with credit card. I've never had to return anything and rarely interact with employees save for paying, so I can't really speak of the customer service. I also haven't used their auto center to compare with that of others. But as I said, this is your average Costco. If your a fan, you should like this one. This Costco doesn't have a gas station.
