This grocery store pretty much has everything you need, if you're staying 3+ nights in PR it'd be smart to stop here and load up the fridge, room with stuff you might need the next few days. You can see this place right from the freeway when you get out of the airport, it's right near all the hotels & condos that are on the beach in Carolina. Prices were fair as well.
