Although they did accommodate me speaking English, and found an attendant who spoke English, I came to pick up my dress and it was in a cheap clear bag. Like the ones you get from a dry cleaner. A dress that cost over $1,500 is in a cheap clear bag? What?! Because they ran out of garment bags? Are you kidding me? What bridal store runs out of garment bags? How does that happen? Why does that happen? Because professionally, it should NEVER happen. Talk about very poor management. And what's worse, is they didn't offer to hold my gown until their garment bags came in. Their advice was to go to JcPenney and for me to buy one there!! Worst experience ever. I really wish I could've left my gown and gone elsewhere. I would not recommend this place ever. I bought my dress here because I loved the dress. Not because of customer service, AT ALL. I thought maybe when I picked it I would feel happier about David's but no. They disappointed me yet again. Stay far away from this store.
