I cannot put into words what an amazing experience I had here! From the moment I walked in, the girls at the registration counter were very welcoming. I did not have an appointment and within 5 minutes they set me up with a stylist, Eva! We spent a few minutes going through their catalogue, I had already been online and screen-shot some dresses I would like to try on. Eva was wonderful!! Most accommodating, I had a bit of an overwhelming experience at another bridal shop stateside that was not very pleasant so I was already a bit nervous, but Eva put me straight at ease! She even moved me to a more quiet changing room zone that wasn't quite so busy and overwhelming. Honestly, she chose some beautiful dresses that fit the simplicity that I was looking for. Within an hour we had found the dress (first one I tried on!). I briefly met the manager, Leonardo who was great, he gave his input on the fit and what to do to alter it. When you go to your first appointment, you get treated as a princess. The employees make sure you feel comfortable, and most of all pampered. They listen to your ideas, and based on those ideas they start picking dresses for you. You also have the opportunity to look around and pick some dresses yourself. They have a very sweet ritual, which is to make a wish followed by ringing a bell once you have picked your dress. I had so much fun trying on dresses you have no idea. They make sure you get everything you need, the dress, your veil, alterations, shoes and much more. I am very grateful with the experience, especially with the store manager since she was so accessible. Overall it was a wonderful experience and best of all my dress was beautiful on my wedding day. read more

I just bought my wedding dress there and I am soooo happy!!! As soon as we got there we were greeted very nicely. We only waited for like 15 minutes which was not bad considering it was pretty busy. Annick was the girl that helped me and i have to say she made the whole experience that much better!! She was very patient, really listened to what I wanted. Was super friendly with me and my family. Hace una semana fui a la tienda, me atendió Carla y Leonardo.
