On my recent visit I got a wider brimmed hat and the service hadn't changed from when I bought my first hat in 2019. These are not cheap hats (you can get those at Walgreens if that's all you need) but they aren't terribly expensive (north and south of $100). If you want to spend more, ask them to show you the special hats in the back room).
