The staff is very helpful and certainly know what they're doing. I have gotten lots of compliments on my hat and I don't think I've ever gotten compliments on any other item of clothing! On my recent visit I got a wider brimmed hat and the service hadn't changed from when I bought my first hat in 2019. These are not cheap hats (you can get those at Walgreens if that's all you need) but they aren't terribly expensive (north and south of $100). If you want to spend more, ask them to show you the special hats in the back room). I always treasured it and it served as a stylish piece I could wear to always remind me of that special trip. That is, until I lost it a few months ago! I was devastated.
