The price should have been disclosed before taking the dress from the front desk especially if you plan to charge outrageous prices. What now? Give me dress back dirty? Another person in my building said you charged $50 to iron pants, this is not right. I am in shock give me a reasonable price for my dress back and I promise I will never use your services again. I have advised management in my building to check online reviews before allowing anyone to pick up any residents items again without disclosing a price. This is so unfortunate and frustrating.

Al dejarlos me indicaron que se tardaria una semana hacer el trabajo. Esto no fue asi, ya que se tardaron aproximadamente 3 semanas en devolverme los zapatos. Cuando me los devuelven, lo primero que note fue una plasta de pega marron que le dejaron a los zapatos y que la limpieza no fue muy extensa ya que quedaron igual a cuando yo les paso un paño humedo en mi casa. La primera vez que use los zapatos para ir a la oficina,nuevamente se le daño la suela al mismo zapato que "repararon" y en el mismo sitio. Termine con el zapato dañado igual que cuando lo entregue excepto que ahora tienen una plasta marron. Cuando pregunte si ofrecen garantia me dijeron que no y que tendria que pagar nuevamente para que ellos reparan el zapato. Demas esta decir que no recomiendo este sitio para limpieza o reparacion de zapatos. No pierdan el tiempo.

My wife almost immediately found her new go to Reef sandals. They have a pretty good amount of stuff in the store. This is one of three locations, as it turns out we also went to another one, it was a little bigger, located at the mall. Tons of board shorts, t-shirts for both men and women (swimsuits for the women). A small selection of surf boards, that were pretty nice quality. As well as some skateboard stuff. If you're into surf shops, this should be a place you check out. They have a large selection of Playero branded apparel, which is really nice. One thing to keep in mind, prices are a little on the high side. But other than that we had a great experience. Staff was friendly and helped us out with different shoe sizes to try on, and took good care of us the whole time we were there. We'd recommend this location.

The entire time during checkout was silent and I felt as if I was a nuisance. I hope this was just an isolated event because their products are top notch.
