Doctor Ali Morse was recommended to me by my chiropractor when she moved from town and I am very grateful. She is an excellent doctor who is very accommodating and really cares about her patients. You get the sense that it is more than just a job for her, but a real calling and something she enjoys. She listens, remembers and understands specific needs. Dr Morse is the best you're going to get. She is compassionate, smart and knows what she's doing. I went in for back pain so bad that I would wake up every morning, stiff and crying from the pain. After a few sessions, the pain is gone and I can go to sleep in peace! Without using an X-ray machine or anything, during my first visit, she was able to pinpoint what was wrong, the X-rays Just confirmed this. She really is Superwoman! I can't believe I haven't written a review for Dr. Morse yet, and I've been going to her since last August! She and her assistant Jesenia are both amazing. I started going to Corrective Chiropractic Care last summer because of upper back pain and quickly got hooked. I bought a City Select (which was called The Campus Crowd at that time) coupon in February of 2011. Since the coupon had an expiration date of August of the same year, I called in June to make an appointment. They were not able to give me an appointment till December! Since, the coupon would expire in 2 months, I made the appointment for December. I got a call the evening before my appointment at 6pm from the office and the they left me a message that said I could only cancel or reschedule my appointment 24 hours in advance (my appointment was at 5pm the next day). Now, while this may not seem like an unreasonable request, I believe that they should have called me 24 hours in advance to reconfirm so that I could have had an opportunity to reschedule! When I called them back to reschedule due to a conflicting meeting at work (called at 7pm the night before), they refused to accomodate me. When I asked if I could lose an hour of the two hours that I had bought to reschedule, they still didn't agree. I lost the money that I had spent on buying the coupon. While I cannot comment on the actual service, I can say that they seriously lack in customer service! read more

Dr. Morse is an excellent Chiropractor. She focuses on rehabilitating the spine rather than just quick adjustments. She is very conservative in her treatment, thorough in her care, and I feel completely confident in her skills. Her staff is friendly and works well with my insurance company. The doctor is informative and the receptionist is nice. The issue I had with the service is they are not upfront with the costs. I spoke to the receptionist on the phone and I told her to run my insurance before I see the doctor. After the doctor gave me a check up they presented me with the costs (it is mighty expensive). If you are on a budget ascertain the costs before the examination. The issue is not the cost; they are free to charge whatever they wish. The issue is transparency. read more

Went to Dr. Morse for a free consult using a groupon I had bought for a massage in her office. The only person to do the massage was male - I should have made sure they had a female in advance. Anyway, my consult afterward with Dr. Morse was really nice. She was kind, caring, passionate about her work, and listened to me very patiently before providing gentle advice. DR Ali Morse is AMAZING !! Let me start my review by stating my initial skepticism for what Chiropractic treatment could do for your physical and mental health. After receiving a recommendation and a complimentary exam card from a friend, I traveled from Westchester to Midtown in search of the Woman with the "hands of enlightenment" as was told to me. I arrived to a lovely and inviting office , and met Jesenia, a very nice receptionist who offered me to have a cup of coffee(complimentary as well) while I filled out the initial paperwork. Shorty after I met with Dr. Morse , and I must say , I have never met a more informed and professional doctor . She explained with a smile i might add, all of what Chiropractic treatment could do for me , and how it could be incorporated into my life and enhance my well-being. She turned me into a believer after our first conversation. I scheduled my first appointment that same day . A week later I returned and had my first adjustment .... words cannot describe the way I felt, my Mind was clearer , I could feel the energy from my blood coursing through every part of my body.. It was incredible!!! It has been about 3 months since that first visit, and i have been going 3 times a week . I Have never felt better! I have a spring to my step again , i can focus with more intensity and i would recommend for everyone of all ages to look into incorporating some Chiropractic therapy into your lives. Dr. Morse is amazing. She cares about what she does and wants the best for her patients. She takes time to talk to you about your health and is very gentle when adjusting your back. I wouldn't go anywhere else at this point. Because of the quality of her care her business is really picking up and it's harder to get a convenient appointment but I still take time out of my day to go see her even if it's not ideal timing for me because I love the service I receive at the office. I readily admit I'm writing this review because Dr. Morse encouraged me to do so. On the other hand, I wouldn't have bothered writing this review if she hadn't as I'm somebody who doesn't regularly take time to write reviews. Which should give you an idea about how I feel about her practice. Dr. Morse has always made it clear that she considers the patient important and towards she's taken the time with me to listen to what's going on, and discuss what might have caused what, what could be changed to help, and in general make me feel comfortable and safe in her office. So much so that my husband is now seeing her also, and he's also happy with the treatment that he receives. She'll order tests as necessary, and when I got a home stim-device recently, she reviewed the ones I was looking at, gave me her opinion, and had me bring in the one I bought so she could check it out and make sure it was safe to use and review how to use it with me. When I started with her, my back was in such bad shape that she barely touched my lower back during the initial exam and I almost jumped off the table in pain. Now I see her regularly for maintenance adjustments and as needed when something happens to bring me in sooner. I no longer need the support in bed that I did before I started seeing her and I can usually bend over to get stuff easily, which would have caused me issues before. I have very few problems scheduling appointments for when I need them, and for a doctor in mid-manhattan, that's pretty miraculous. read more

This office just recently sold certificates for $30 or so for a session with a doctor and a massage. I got one of these as a present from a friend. I have to say it's one big joke. If you only work weekdays and 10-7 at that (firdays till 2) you shouldn't be selling your services at mass. And the coupon sites should not be signing them up either. It's impossible to use. I called today and the next available appointment is in more than a month. The next appointment in the evening (at 5pm which no normal working person can do in any case) is in 3 months. I feel that they sell their services for so cheap (no doctor will work 2 hours for $30) knowing that most people won't be able to redeem and to me that's misleading. I would rather pay more and be able to use it. It's just such a waste of my friends money. read more

After trying pills for headaches and neurologist after neurologist, a friend recommended chiropractic for my constantly occurring headaches. Dr Morse was recommended by a colleague and after a couple of months of treatment I was able to go off the mess and haven't had any headaches at all. I've been going to Dr. Morse for almost 4 years and have really loved the service I've received there. I have chronic back pain which occasionally flares up suddenly. My work schedule is really unpredictable so having a chiropractor that's able to squeeze me in is really helpful.
