Like all other dr offices and recently on TV with news stations covering the fact that it has become harder to get dr appts sooner than 3-6 months, With Dr Georgekutty we never had a problem until the past year. Follow-up appts were easily made within 3 months but starting in 2023 appts were 6 months. Now in 2024 we are running into the area that we have to wait at least 6-9 months. She is a very popular dr, takes the time to sit and listen and ask questions but again waiting 6-9 months for a follow-up is getting out of hand especially being senior citizens. We usually aren't sick and only see her for follow-up blood work due to thyroid but again don't like waiting longer than 6 months. Seeing a NP in her office we really don't feel comfortable. Again, it seems ALL dr offices are in the same circumstance.

My family and I were patients of hers BEFORE she got this new facility, back when we first moved to the area over 11 YEARS ago. 1st: office staff, over the years, have became more & more UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. 2nd: it takes MONTHS for an appointment, unless you have MONEY it seems they will treat you differently. 3rd: she can be PETTY and doesn't fully seem to Listen to the concerns of her patients, unless she LIKES you or again you have Money. That's the main reason why my family is in the process of leaving. When she found out my mom was going to see another doctor in a couple of months, she REFUSED TO REFILL my mom's medication. Now, my mom is in pain until her appointment with a new family doctor next week. WHAT DOCTOR DOES THAT?! As a daughter I am HIGHLY UPSET and BEYOND DISAPPOINTED with her as a doctor.

Customer service is a thing. Try it. Be nice. Not everyone is going to try and take advantage of you or try to ruin your day with a question. Like your job, or find one you can. It is SO unfortunate when people have jobs they don't find pride and purpose in. What a wasted opportunity to live in some joy. Geez.

The office staff is kind and understanding, even though there were hiccups with my insurance. Dr. Wagman is a class act. As a nurse, I notice that his physical assessment is steps above what most family doctors do. And Dr. Wagman actually listens! He is old-world thorough without the arrogant know-it-all-ness that typifies that era of medicine. He's not pretentious, but he does his job simply and gently and makes the patient feel like he has all the time in the world for them (even when the office is totally slammed). There is also a nurse practitioner at this location. I have not had the pleasure of meeting her but I hear she is nice.
