I received a $550 bill more than a year after my therapy sessions, even though I had unused visits for that year. This company needs to be responsible for getting issues with insurance handled correctly. Instead of doing that, they try to bargain you down so that you end up paying them out of pocket, in addition to them getting credit from your insurance. Then they hint at a possible deadline in sending the bill to collections, making it sound like they're doing you a favor by pausing that. I don't need the stress of getting therapy and then a year later getting a bill for their mistakes. Earn money the honest way- stop trying to scam your patients!

This is simply a scam network that exploits not only the American health insurance system, but also encroaches on the wallets of ordinary Americans. The direction has changed from therapeutic patient care and surgical recovery to pro fitness. Their high standard is gone and so is the screened individual privacy that was once available. Individual workout floor spotters are gone. I think individual therapeutic patient care is affected and maybe so is safety. But if your direction and focus is about fitness and fat awareness this may be the place.

They massage you and sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not I decided to leave that place after a student told me he needed to use the restrooms but he had been non stop on his phone while massaging me and I think he went to make a phone call. He had given me so heat therapy but it took him so long it started to get cold so I got up and left and nobody asked me anything it is like they don't hear they don't see and they don't know.. When I called 2 days later to say I don't think I want to come back they said OK and that was that. OK have a nice day. No questions as to why which makes me happy to have left because you clearly can tell they couldn't care less.
