I got the clear braces and a year and a half later my teeth are perfect. The staff was fun and friendly. You eventually get to know all of them. My hygienist was super nice and took care of all my concerns with my treatment. She also made sure my braces were ready to come off before my birthday (early birthday present : ) ). They had t.v.'s all around in the main room. It's obvious that Dr. Hibberd is very detailed about his work which is why I ALWAYS recommend him to my friends and family. They put wires behind my teeth once the braces came off to behave like a retainer which are cool. I wear retainers at night too to make sure my teeth forever remain straight. He made me clear plastic retainer's that aren't too bad. They are conveniently located right in front of Jane Station which is a huge plus! I highly recommend this guy, my new smile makes me so happy! I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN BRACES SOONER! I love my teeth. Thank you Dr. Hibberd and staff

Dr. Hibberd was the guy I went to, and they've got a pretty big and efficient operation running here. When I was back recently (after a nearly ten-year absence) to get the last wire things off the back of my teeth, I was impressed that some of the assistants still recognized me, and they had installed a neat touch-screen self-check-in system in the waiting room.

I didn't take any pride in my teeth and did my best to conceal my crooked smile from others. When I was 19 and in university, I decided to take the plunge and I seeked out braces after my older sister decided to get braces herself. Her referrel to Dr. Ecklers and Black made me feel at ease about the whole process and I knew what to expect and at least I wasn't alone. I was always fearful of braces after hearing horror stories from friends in school about how bad it was to have braces. I was not willing to waste a huge amount of time and money in order to get straight teeth. I was scared I would be stuck with braces for years and years (like some friends) and the changes wouldn't be worth it. If I knew how easy the process was (100% attributed to the ENTIRE Smile Solutions team), I would have gotten braces a long, long time ago. From the moment I had my consultation, I knew I had chosen the right orthodontist team to help me fix my broken smile. I was walked through the process every step of the way and felt at ease throughout my treatment. Any questions I had were answered and I was always given the time and care it took to ensure my treatment was working. I was also able to keep all my appointments without missing any class during my treatment. Appointments were always efficient without that feeling of being rushed or cheated. They were able to accommodate any request I had and fit into my schedule seamlessly. It was a lot less of an inconvenience and more something to look forward to than I had ever anticipated. I was excited to see all these drastic changes in my smile. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this orthodontist team. I have referred so many friends and family. The administrative staff and the dental assistants were all so wonderful. Every single member of the team contributed to my great experience. Every appointment was a pleasant one. My treatment took a total of 16 months which was way less than expected to achieve drastic results. I am so grateful to the Smile Solutions team in helping take my worst feature and making it my best. I get so many compliments on my smile to this day. I often hear, "Your teeth are so perfectly straight." I love my smile and it's all due to Smile Solutions.
