His checking and caring about the pain in my mouth was amazing, when I said its paining, he would immediately say "I'll take care of the pain" . They do direct billing with the insurance companies and are appropriately staffed so you don't wait too long. The waiting room is small but cozy with comfortable chairs and a TV set to news, weather and traffic. The one negative is that evening and Saturday appointments book up fast and you can wait weeks to months for those. If you have flexibility during the work day then you are good. If not you can get around this by booking your visits well in advance.
