I shared this place with my buddy since we're local, and he was pleased with his experience. He went in for a second session today, and I joined him. The appointment was a breeze and on time. Upon arrival, you'll need to fill out paperwork that includes past medical, any concerns/present issues you're experiencing and that's it. I received my first session today. WOW! WOW! WOW! Amazing. I had the full body adjustment with y-strap. The full body adjustment included huge cracks on my back, neck, ankles, fingers, lower back/hip. The y-strap essentially is a strap that goes around your head/neck and when relaxed the doctor tugs and huge relief/cracks are experienced. I'm thankful for Elevate Chiropractic -- a nice clean facility, professional staff, awesome doctor, and awesome experience! I'll definitely be back.

The representative was extremely rude, impatient, and unhelpful. Speaking over me and not listening to my responses. I usually don't write negative reviews, but the front desk customer service was so aggressive that I couldn't even make it in for my appointment. Management needs to check their front office staff.
