I restarted my visits to Nayelli as I thought at my age I need some loving care for my body so I've been going every 3 weeks and I know I have to continue as my body feels amazing after every session. Also after over 55 years Nayelli gave me tradition fire glass cupping therapy As a child I didn't understand why my grandmother was doing this when I had a cold/pneumonia etc but now I realized how all the inflammation/toxins are released from my body! I felt my muscles more relaxed, more oxygen and even I didn't have much of the stiffness before as I'm pretty fit and strong .... I'm feeling much better and I love this ancient medicine!! I love you Nayelli and everything you are correcting in my body The place is very clean, tranquil and very professional... I highly recommend to everyone! read more

Nayelli is an amazing healer. I've been seeing her for a few years now for all kinds of aches, pains, tune-ups, and self-care! She's very intuitive and while I go in saying something, she very quickly gets to the source of my blockage. A great example is last week I went to see her thinking that my wrist was hurting and she was able to trace it all the way up to my shoulder being locked up. In just one visit, she really helped me release a lot of pain all over my body. I love seeing her, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for deep physical and spiritual release work. read more

This review of Align Bodywork and Yoga is long overdue. Nayelli's expertise in bodywork is amazing. She is very intuitive when she does massage, so I have come to trust her ability to use whatever types of massage I need on the various areas that need treatment. I've had sciatica and neck issues for decades, and Nayelli always knows what issues I am experiencing before I even say anything. She provides a combination of deep tissue, cranial sacral, cupping, and other bodywork techniques, as well as demonstrating and guiding me into various stretches or yoga poses to help with my posture or other issues I'm currently having from working out too hard or whatever else I may have done to myself! Bottom line: I feel extremely fortunate to have found Nayelli. read more

The only therapist I trust with my body and mind!! I've worked with a lot of bodyworkers over the years, and nobody comes close to Nayelli. She has that rare mix of intuition, skill, and genuine care that makes you feel seen and supported from the moment you walk in. She doesn't just go through a routine. She listens to your words and, somehow, listens to your body too. Within minutes she's finding the exact spots that need attention and knows precisely what to do. Every session is tailored. Sometimes that means focused therapeutic massage to release stubborn tension; sometimes we add cupping to open things up in a deeper way; other times she weaves in yoga-based stretches and mindful breathing so my whole system resets. It's all integrated, thoughtful, and never rushed. I walk out lighter, looser, and calmer every single time. What I appreciate most is the consistency. I've tried plenty of therapists in the past, but since finding Nayelli, she's the only person I book with. The results are undeniable: better range of motion, fewer headaches, deeper sleep, and that grounded feeling that lasts for days. She approaches the body holistically, so the work isn't just about a tight shoulder or a sore back; it's about helping the whole body work together again. Nayelli is talented, attentive, and truly gifted at what she does. If you're looking for real therapeutic change with a caring touch, this is it. I'm so grateful for her and the way she supports my health. Wholeheartedly recommended. read more

I have been going to see Nayelli for 3 years now. I have had some serious health problems which have lead to me being in enormous pain. Every time I go to see her I walk out feeling like a new man. Her method is both extremely technical and she know the anatomy as well as a doctor. As well as highly spiritual. Do not let this put you off. She won't even talk to You about it, if it's not your thing. Either way she brings in many forms of healing energy all at the same time. I don't even bother telling what's wrong anymore , she instinctively knows exactly where to work on you. I highly recommend her , you won't be disappointed and you will never need to shop around any more. She is a truly gifted and amazing. read more

I was amazed and grateful for what Nayelli was able to do during our time together! My body feels so relaxed and I can feel how much more freedom my body has to move with the tension lifted from my back. This was my first professional massage (completely different from a spa massage) and definitely not my last. I'm so glad I found her as she's really opened my eyes to the possibility of healing through massage. It's definitely not a 'routine' when you're with her. She listens to your body and works your body depending on where you're the most tense and needing work. I definitely recommend checking her out if you're looking to get rid of aches and pains in your body, or if you're looking to destress your body. See you again soon, Nayelli! read more

Anything I say in this review will not do Nayelli justice. The first time I came to see her, I walked in the door and she said, "you're really baby'ing that left side. Is that what I'm working on today?" She instantly knew I was hurting, where it was and how she was going to help me. She's very informative and explains why she's doing what she's doing and is such a great blend of relaxation while still getting the job done. She's helped me with a wide variety of things including tension headaches, hip and back pain, and nerve pain like sciatica. It is always such a joy to get to see her and catch up and she puts me back in tip top shape. On a side note, Nayelli has also invested a lot in safety precautions for her clients during this time. She has air filters, UVC vacuums, ozone and UVC sterilizers. I have been to see her twice since her reopening and have felt incredibly safe. Thank you for all that you do Nayelli! *insert the heart emoji* read more

I came to Align to take advantage of the 90 minute massage. Believe it or not, I have never had a massage prior to this experience. However, after my son was born, I developed some muscle tension because I was carrying him for hours and hours to try to put him to sleep. Therefore, I thought I would give massage therapy a shot. After just one session Nayelli was able to loosen up those tense muscles and get me back to 100%. I am still shocked thinking about it. Nayelli is my miracle worker. If I ever have any issue in the future, she will be my go to. read more

The more you do with your body, the more you need to do for your body. Most people do not have a recovery strategy for their body, they just run it into the ground. As a competitive obstacle course racer, my body goes through a lot. Climbing, jumping, running, crawling, hanging, etc. Nayelli does such an incredible job keeping me healthy for the things I love to do. She is truly a pain relief specialist. She can do a very quick scan and tell where I'm hurting and how to address it. I try to see her before and after every race now. read more

Truly one of the most knowledgeable bodyworkers I have been to over the years. I have over a decade of experience as a bodyworker myself, with my own private practice, so my standards are way high. I know what I am looking for in a therapist and can get extremely picky at times. My major issues were having sciatica, a lot of scar tissue on my calves, and tight Achilles. Nayelli utilized her knowledge and performed great techniques giving me great results. My calves were doing the happy dance the next day. Not even my favorite massage therapist can do the same for me. I really appreciate her willingness to communicate and customize every session based on what my needs were each time. Her warm and friendly personality was a huge plus and I felt real comfortable with her... It's time for another visit. read more

Thirty one years ago at the age of 18 I injured my neck during a swimming accident, I suffer with acute pain in the neck area daily - sometimes the pain is so disabling it makes me feel extremely nauseous. I have tried many forms of treatment and therapy to reduce the injury/pain and have occasionally found temporary relief - but ultimately I still always had some degree of pain and within a few hours the agony would be back. It was a vicious cycle of muscle relaxants, anti-inflammatory pills, hot water bags, acupuncture, acupressure, Chiro services ...you name it I've tried it! I never pondered on cost, today out of curiosity I thought about it, wow thousands upon thousands upon thousands & NO TRUE relief! Not cool! The reason I thought about cost today was because Nayelli is so reasonable that the cost brick hit me! I wish I would have connected with Nayelli years ago!!!THE GOOD NEWS .....my cousin that is a V.P. to a hospital in Ca. connected me with Nayelli ...TODAY for the 1st time I am FINALLY feeling hopeful :) "WHAT HAPPENS NEXT" ...... After my first session with Nayelli I knew I was on the road to feeling significantly better! I can actually turn my neck to the right without discomfort for the first time since the accident! I repeat - 1st time since the accident which would take us back 31 years!!! (rewind) When I arrived at Nayelli's my whole system was running on empty due to all my energy being invested in dealing with yet ANOTHER painful situation, yup, now I am also dealing with a bout of TMJ! (DURING my session with Nayelli) Suddenly, I was SOOOOO RELAXED (which is not to be overlooked, when a high degree of neck pain is present being worked on is difficult as 1 feels like their going to lose their cookies). In the past I flinched & braced myself for extreme discomfort, NOT this time! Nayelli instructed me on how to exhale properly during the neck work (as I was exhaling in a manner that was not conducive for my TMJ) this lady knows her stuff!! NOT 1 time did I feel "yuk this is painful" she is phenomenally in tune with one's body. Nayelli is not just a masseuse - she is a total body therapist! She uses many different massage techniques and modalities designed for each of her clients individual needs. She is a total professional and a genuinely caring individual, believe me it's very evident this is her passion!! She does not give up, she continues trying different forms UNTIL the muscle surrenders. The burning of sage.........omg, I felt like my body was turning to mush (pliable, for once) ...the essential oil combos Nayelli concocts are so yummy!! I went from a concrete stiff state to feeling light & soooooo calm. It was awesome! I feel confident (finally) that with continued treatments I will be able to live my life again to the full. I feel blessed to have Nayelli, someone with such skills, instinct and talent. Extraordinary and amazing in the true meaning of the words. Thank you Nayelli. *Point of attn: Be a realist, chronic pain requires a significant amount of time, I m eagerly awaiting my follow up treatments. read more

Nayelli truly has a gift. The first time that I had work done by her, she was incredibly responsive to my body and its needs. She is well-versed in several different types of massage, and she sometimes administers a mix of treatments during a single session. She alleviated pain from a military injury in my shoulder that I had since 2002 by mixing rolfing and fire cupping. It was incredible! It's also quite shocking when you get up from your first session and realize how tiny she is! One would think she's 6 feet tall by her strength and stamina. She is an amazing little ball of love. I am blessed to have found her! read more

Nayelli has helped me so much with my shoulders and jaw/TMJ. I have scoliosis that is well managed by a chiropractor, but because of what I do for work, my right shoulder locks up constantly and my jaw is tight because of TMJ. Awesome space and I got some great bodywork by Nayelli Cardenas! She is truly talented in her practice

Nayelli is definitely a treasure brought by my friend to my life. This was my first time doing professional massage which really different compared to the Spa massage I used to go. It was amazing experience that I can feel Nayelli understand my mind, body, overall energy level more than myself, so I just let Nayelli to start the bodywork which she think is best for my body. It is really a miracle how much tension relief to my muscles and I can feel the movement of the heat (probably how the energy flow or transfer) when Nayelli align my body to be a better balanced. I had been seeking Nayelli 9 times so far, each time she will listen what my body need and work the areas where need to be realignment or healing. I still remember last session she spend more time working on my face jaw area and I was amazed how she remove the tension and pain. I was almost plan to see my dentist before meeting Nayelli. Other than bodywork and energy balanced, she had also educated me how to use my own Crystal for the cleaning or frequency lift up for abundance feelings. We had also work some simple yoga allow me to stretch and extend my body more widely. Seeing Nayelli is definitely not a 'ROUTINE" thing, but your body will tell you when will your routine and what the difference before and after seeing Nayelli. I highly recommend checking her out if you have any aches, pains or just seeking a place to relax and detach your stressful life, or destress your body. She is the BEST! and I am gonna see her soon again :) read more

I have enjoyed massage sessions through places such as Massage Envy, Glen Ivy and various resorts but this session with Nayelli was completely different in that in addition to being very relaxing, I received healing at a deeper level and an alignment of my entire body after she finished working her magic. Nayelli brings such peace and joy - 1 hour with Nayelli is definitely worth 4 sessions of any traditional massage! read more
