There were two women working and people were coming by regularly, but I got four services done so I knew I would wait. I waited about ten minutes before I was led into the back area for the Brazilian wax. The space was larger than I expected and clean, I was able to place my bag on a chair and undress privately to get prepared. They laid down paper over where I needed to lay and powdered me prior to starting. She checked for what I wanted before starting and let me know that they never double dip. I haven't had a wax in about six months and she had me cleaned up completely in 15 minutes. I also did eyebrow threading, tinting, and eyelash extensions. All went very smoothly and she was concerned about my comfort and if I liked it. I absolutely love how everything came out! Definitely will be back in six weeks. And will update with a photo.

As a longtime ewc water I am accustomed to non double dipping, fresh wax, sterilization, and the 4 step process. Now I will say this place is not Ewc. They offer chocolate wax as opposed to hard wax and have one suite. I asked if they double dip and I was told if I call ahead they can change the wax for me. (It is a small wax pot). She did not double dip the sticks when applying was to my underarms she also had what it looks like roll on wax applicators which isn't the most hygienic. Wax was not painful as I anticipated since chocolate is still a strip wax (use of cloth and softer wax) and all hair was removed quickly and efficiently. Skin was not lifted. Will inspect underarm when I get home. Went back day after and did brows. Came out really really well! Will be back!

They cut me up. I asked for wax and she waxed then threaded. Threading is always painful and I was hoping to avoid that, but she just started going. After the service, I did feel some stinging but thought that to be normal. Stinging after a wax isn't out of the ordinary. A day later I noticed the scars on my skin. I got the service on Sunday and I'm writing this on Tuesday. Some of the scarring has gone away but I shouldn't have been cut up in the first place. I'm never returning.

I sporadically get my brows threaded because I think it's inhumane (FYI I also think plucking is a little cruel too) but lasts a really long time. They are simply furnished like most threading places. I have been growing out my brows. So I told her that I wanted a nice arch and she went to work trimming, threading and shaping my brows. When she was done my brow area was on fire but looked really good. I will definitely be back in the name of vanity and convenience but not pleasure lol.

We asked her for designs from their google and Yelp photos. She said that's too complicated. She called someone, not sure what was said and then says she can only do something simple. We would've left but my niece was so excited about her first henna. We showed her a very simple design of flowers (please see the photos of my niece's hands, she could've done that herself and she's six). She then "gave us a discount" by only charging us $30 for both hands. I didn't want to make a scene because I didn't want to make my niece cry, so we paid it. Never again. Beware of this scam. Edited: While I appreciate your offer we are going to decline. And with all due respect, that design had nothing to do with a 6 year old moving. I suggest moving forward you indicate on your website that you are by appointment only, and perhaps let your coworkers know that as well so they can answer questions appropriately and not wait people's time. Be sure to include the days of the week too, since we came today which is actually a Monday and not Sunday. Finally, please tell that lady to just say no to henna requests, no one else needs to suffer.
