I never had tree work done without someone having to climb a tree. He has 2 lifts. The one he brought run on rubber tank like tracks and goes up 90ft. I was amazed. The stuff that would not fit in the grinder he had a lift arm to put it on a trailer. Very efficient crew of 4 guys I could not have been more pleased with the quality and price of their work. The crew showed up at the time promised and took out the trees, ground the stumps, and ground the larger roots, cleaning as they worked. They had top notch equipment / machinery and a large enough crew to get the job done quickly (~90 minutes). When they were done, other than the disturbed soil in the work area, everything looked better than it did before because of the bonus leaf blowing of the yard and driveway. Both services recommended removing all of the trees as they were too close to the house and all had branches hanging over or endangering the home. We chose Orleans Co Tree Service because they are not landscapers that also do trees, they are a liscensed, insured, dedicated tree service with certified arborists. Their pricing was excellent, and the bid was total, any taxes, fees,etc, were included in the price. Additionally, they took away all the wood, cleaned up any limbs and leaves, and ground all of the stumps. They had 10 trees down, including 125' pine, a 59+ foot rotting maple, and the 4 dangerous to cut dead trees, stumps ground, and detritus cleaned up, in 5 hours. Amazing!

They communicate every step of the way. Tim must have a PHd in trees, (whatever that is called), because he can tell a person more about trees than we normal humans need for a lifetime. Smart dude. I had friended him on social media, as we had friends in common and he had just patronized the shop I work at. On a Sunday, I messaged him since I didn't have his number, when he could come by and provide some estimates. He showed up at my door within minutes. The team used two high-end pieces of equipment: a bucket truck and a chipper. The chipper made big branches just vanish. I know our job was a small one compared to what they are capable of but it was a big deal to us and we are much more comfortable now that some large overhanging branches are gone. The plans were mindful of the well-being of the tree in question, a large Spanish Willow Oak which is mature and healthy but with a tendency to drop heavy limbs. Some branches had crossed others so in windy conditions they would rub and cause damage. The tree is more balanced and therefore steadier after Greenleaf's treatment. We didn't consider it good luck that a strong storm blew down a bunch of branches the night before our Greenleaf appointment but they took on this additional work just like the rest of the project although the damage was not strictly included in the estimate.
