I also told them that I might need to rent a outdoor heater as well if it got too cold. They told me the price and I had until the week of to decide if I wanted to add any additional items to my rental. I ended up nothing needing a outdoor heater since the weather wasn't too cold. They delivered the day before the event and confirm with me when they were an hour away. We had an issue where 1 table and 3 chairs got damaged so I let them know. I ended up paying for them since it was my responsibility and I got to keep them. On the day of the pickup, they let me know when they were about 30 minutes away and took everything back quickly. I had a great experience using this rental place and will do so again if needed.

I've been renting here for years. I've never had anything but great service and fairly priced…read morerentals here. It's so easy here. I called in this morning and spoke to Carmen. Told her what I need. 3 mins later I get an email. I accepted the contract and paid online. 3 mins later I leave my house and pull up to the building (which is easy to miss) and park. Immediately a guy named Alberto is greeting me. Alberto is energetic, professional, nice, and eager to help. He then loads my car, and 3 mins later I am driving home again. I was so happy he helped me load the car. He does it with a smile. I tipped him but he didn't want it but I made him. This place is great.
