Women receive individualized and customized support, scaffolding, accountablity, counseling, and resources based on what it is they need and are desiring. This work is attuend to the frequency of their dreams, their joys, and their heart's desire.
The work is a multi-modality approach and tools are customized for each woman.
The life coaching & counseling includes working with the modalities of:

Embodiment & Pleasure practices, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, Tension Release Exercises (TRE), Breath work, Somatic Practices, Heart-led communication for navigating conflict, Conscious Partnership Communication as taught by Rudy and Kelly Castro, Holistic Nutrition, Sacred Plant Allies.

Established in 2017.
Alice began working with women in coaching & counseling 7 years ago to answer the deepest calling in her heart, to support women to awaken and LIVE their "one wild and precious life."
In her own journey she has navigated trials and trenches, periods of suffering, and dark nights of the soul. She clawed her way out of the underbelly and into a life of her dreams as a coach, retreat facilitator, a writer, a happy wife in a sacred partnership, and most of all a Mama. From depression, to long-standing addiction, a five year battle with mystery illness, fertility challenges, PTSD, she is no stranger to “doing the work,” and persisting in excavating the healing, love, and freedom that pulsates in the marrow and at the core of our beings.
She combines her personal experience with 16 years of teaching & studying practices of healing & transformation. She supports women to answer, without apology, the deepest calling of their soul, & to follow this call until their very last breath.
