Working with Cassie came at such a pivotal point in my life. I went from being the definition of a…read moreburnt-out corporate girly to leaving the career I had known for years and stepping fully into entrepreneurship. It was exciting and empowering, but I didn't realize just how much that transition would rock my nervous system. Cassie helped me recognize that even though I had left the corporate environment, my body and mindset were still carrying so much of the pressure, stress, and patterns I had developed during that chapter of my life. Then, almost overnight, I was asking myself to be seen in an entirely new way: as an entrepreneur, a business owner, and the face of what I was building. That required a level of visibility, confidence, decision-making, and self-trust that really pushed me outside of my comfort zone. One of the biggest things Cassie has helped me understand is that building a business isn't just about strategy and working harder. Learning how to regulate my nervous system has been such an important part of being able to show up, take risks, be visible, and continue growing without constantly operating from a place of stress or overwhelm. Cassie has an incredible ability to make you feel seen while also helping you recognize what's happening beneath the surface. She understands the burnt-out corporate woman who knows she's meant for something different, but she also understands the nervous system shift that can happen when you actually take the leap and start creating that different life. I'm so grateful Cassie has been part of this chapter with me. If you're navigating burnout, a major career transition, entrepreneurship, or simply learning how to feel more grounded while becoming the next version of yourself, I cannot recommend her enough.
