**13 Months post-surgery…read more Dr. Odmark is amazing! I completely tore/ruptured my Achilles tendon in October 2019. I have not had any setbacks and my recovery. I cannot thank Dr. Odmark enough for the comfort and professionalism provided during this very trying time for me. He was great about laying everything out in a way anyone could understand. It took me about 30 seconds to realize I had made the right choice, which alleviated all nervousness on the day of surgery. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. He was honest with the recovery timeline and always took the extra time to answer all of my questions. I did my Physical Therapy at the St. Pete location. Matt and Trish are exceptional! Everything you do has a purpose and they make sure you do everything right to assure a proper recovery. I always felt like my recovery was in the best hands possible. The front desk team in this office is filled with superstars. I look forward to seeing them every week. The entire staff at Alexander Orthopaedic is wonderful. Also when I was leaving the bathroom him and his P.A. Were talking bad about me, I stood there for a minute listening to what they were saying and I was baffled and so mad. I decided that I was done with this not it all, so I called them out on it and he replied and who is the one yelling in the hallway, victim blaming, gaslighting, medical gaslighting and a typical narcissist. I've been to 13 doctors and this thinks he knows my body better than me! How is it ok to push a medication that you are allergic to and get away with it. Well he did. Nothing I can do but write a review because it's his word against mine in this world we live in. One of these days he's going to have a lawsuit against him! Do not go there, especially if you see Dr. Bloomfield.

I called and was told by the billing dept that they saw my payment but it was all done on computer and it would be taken care of. Today July 8th I received a bill for 25.00 for the post opt boot again. Do not trust the doctors or the people who work at all Florida orthopedics.

Unfortunately, he won't be available at that time and we do need to move your appointment time up to an earlier time. If you could give us a call back at 727-527-5272 option four thank you." I always ask for one of the last appointments of the day. I found out the day before that the doctor won't be there for my appointment and being told I'll need to move my appointment to an earlier time didn't work for me. I called back on 2/1/2021 around 4pm thinking I could get one of the last appointments of the day a different day even if it's not until the following week or so. The female scheduler started to give me a 3:30pm appointment on February 9th but then said "Oh I actually can't provide you with that time. We can offer an 8:30am appointment on February 9th though." I told her I need the latest appointment again. She said that I'd have to call back and try again the following day. When I questioned this I was then informed that they have to schedule appointments in time order "so that they doctors are not sitting around waiting for patients." I questioned this again. They apparently now book appointments in a time order and if I want one of the later appointment times, I would have to keep calling back in hopes the appointments before 3pm have been taken. I expressed my frustration in this system. It feels like a radio talk show to win tickets and you're calling to try to the 5th caller. The female schedule stated it is because of COVID and so the doctors aren't having time gaps in their schedule. She then transferred me to Maggie, the team lead, and she said the same thing. I then called back on 2/2/2021 around 8am and asked to speak to the office manager and was transferred to HR. I spoke to Adaira ( I could be spelling her name wrong possibly) and I explained what happened the day before and my frustration with the situation between my appointment being changed the day before after being schedule ahead of time and then my frustration with trying to reschedule. Adaira stated she would get with DJ and see what could be done. I then had a voicemail from Maggie, the team lead, on 2/2/2021 at 8:32am stating "Hi this message is for Aubrey I was calling you back from all Florida orthopedic. This is Maggie from the scheduling department we spoke yesterday about your late appointment um I did call DJ which is Dr. Hirshmans scheduler and she did approve an appointment next Tuesday at 3:30 um she says that we can keep you at that time um but unfortunately we don't have anything today. He has three emergency cases at Saint Anthony's um so we wouldn't be able to do a late appointment today anyway um but if you want to come in next Tuesday on the ninth um just give us a call back we can book you at 3:30. So if you do call back in and you get anybody they will know to put you in at 3:30 um if you have any questions feel free to call 727-527-5272 option four." I did not call back and at this time I won't see this doctor or practice going forward.
